It's more interesting to visit Chongzuo's scenic spots together; otherwise, a single trip might be too monotonous. The roads are quite winding and not very smooth. You have to drive on both highways and country roads, which have many large vehicles and fast drivers. Be sure to drive safely and familiarize yourself with the road conditions in advance. We encountered a truck accident on our way there. It's about a 2-hour drive from Nanning. About 1 hour from Chongzuo South. It's 1-2 hours from Mingshi Tianyuan and Detian Waterfall. It's recommended to make this your first stop for a more convenient route. 🖼About the Scenic Area Facilities The scenic area is currently free. There are no dining options nearby, but the scenic area has its own hotel. The surroundings are quite empty, so accommodation is not recommended. There are restaurants within the scenic area, but the options are limited. For more dining choices, you need to go to Longzhou County. 🔴About the Entertainment Facilities 1️⃣You can take a bamboo raft ride for about 30 minutes to enjoy the natural water flow and karst landscape. The water quality is as good as Xiaoqikong. If you've been to Xiaoqikong, you'll find it similar, but not as large. 2️⃣There is a simple water park with a swimming pool for kids to play in. The variety is limited, and parents usually swim with their children in safe areas of the river. 3️⃣When there's not much rain, you can paddleboard, which is very relaxing. The best thing about this place is that while the surrounding rivers are yellow, this one maintains its color. Compared to Xiaoqikong, this is a more prominent feature. All the water in Chongzuo is yellow, but this place is like a pure land, perfect for photos. We visited after several days of heavy rain, and it was still beautiful. 🔵Local Specialty Food Recommendations Longzhou's sand cakes are very famous, and you should try them. The barbecue and Vietnamese chicken noodles in Longzhou are also delicious. Highlight: You can buy cheap avocados, macadamia nuts, and cherimoya here.
