#getgoing2025 Great location on the beach. Staff and food were just amazing. While having breakfast with amazing views of the ocean we watched a man high up in the coconut trees. This is an experience not to be missed. We learnt so much as we had no idea about the process. If staying at the hotel this is an experience not to be missed. Had a relaxed time with good food and great accommodation. The room was well turned out and was very comfortable. The food (had a good selection and it kept changing everyday which was made it very enjoyable) and the sea location added a wonderful element to my mini vacation. This time, I would like to introduce Marine Tourist Guest House, a reasonable accommodation in Negombo. It is located on a resort street lined with souvenir shops popular with tourists, such as Spa Ceylon and Luv SL. Perhaps because it is a family-run hotel, the staff are very kind and gentle. They let me leave my luggage after checking out. The room was spacious and had a balcony. I could see the sea. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had hot water right away. 🚿 The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the toilet was old and had black mold on the lid, and the faucet was wobbly, so it was a little difficult to get water out. Also, this is my own problem, but if you put sweets on it, ants will come over right away, so be careful. 🐜 However, there is an elevator, and you can pay by credit card. The staff are kind and will give you advice on restaurants. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance, so I think it is worth the price!
