2024 Classic Osmanthus Viewing and Leaf Peeping Route
👣 Route: Manjuelong ➡️ Shiwudong ➡️ Yangmeiling ➡️ Lian Temple ➡️ Jiuxi Yanshu
1. Manjuelong: A long-time top destination for osmanthus viewing, with a "waterfall" of osmanthus flowers made up of various rare species. Once you step inside, you'll understand the beauty of the name "Manlong Guiyu" (Osmanthus Rain at Manjuelong), one of the New Ten Scenes of West Lake.
2. Shiwudong: A cave within a cave, with interconnected caves and a spacious interior. This is not only a summer resort but also an excellent place to view osmanthus flowers in autumn. The Osmanthus Hall in Shiwudong is a great spot for osmanthus viewing, where you can enjoy the scenery and tea while savoring the fragrance of osmanthus. In addition to osmanthus viewing, Shiwudong also has rich cultural relics. The cave walls are carved with many stone Buddha statues, the earliest of which were carved during the Five Dynasties. Although most of them have been damaged, you can still feel the weight of history.
3. Yangmeiling: Surrounded by mountains, with lush greenery and a stream formed by the water from the surrounding valleys flowing through the village all year round. There are large tea gardens nearby, as well as ancient farmhouses with gray bricks and white tiles that blend with the natural scenery, making you feel like you've stepped into a paradise.
4. Lian Temple: A tranquil environment, perfect for osmanthus viewing. Every autumn, the osmanthus trees in the temple bloom with golden flowers, emitting a charming fragrance that complements the ancient architecture, giving a sense of tranquility and distance.
5. Jiuxi Yanshu: "Smelling the fragrance without seeing the flowers" is a major feature of Jiuxi Shibajian. Here, accompanied by the fragrance of flowers, you can truly enjoy the fun of searching for plum blossoms.
Don't miss this golden route when you visit Hangzhou in autumn. It's truly beautiful!

Come to Hangzhou! This West Lake Courtyard B&B welcomes everyone to this world!
It's my first time staying in such a comfortable hotel in Hangzhou! I have to show off! It has such a great atmosphere, as if living in a secluded paradise in the forest. This B&B by the West Lake in Hangzhou is also super nice to stay at! Next to West Lake ◆ Original wood design ◆ Fully equipped. Friends planning to come to Hangzhou, you really have to
The hotel is located in the Shangmanjuelong area of West Lake. The B&B is right in the Manjuelong Scenic Area of West Lake.
It's about a 20-minute walk to West Lake. Open the curtains and you can see the stunning mountain view outside. There are also beautiful tea gardens around the B&B.
Waking up in the morning, you can breathe in the fresh tea aroma.
I love the original wood design.
The rooms at the B&B are designed in a very luxurious original wood style with huge floor-to-ceiling windows↵that offer a view of the outside scenery. Although the rooms are not particularly large, they are very clean and tidy. The facilities in the room are also very complete.
There is a large bathtub, and you can bring disposable bath bags to take a bath. The toiletries and bedding are all from international brands.
Fully equipped facilities.
The hotel's various public facilities are also super complete.
Say something...

It's not the bathhouse from Spirited Away in the comics, but the Manjuelong in Hangzhou
‼️ The real-life version of Spirited Away's bathhouse is so beautiful
With a vast expanse of tea gardens and tea mountains, it looks just like the scenes from the movie
Located in Manjuelong, Hangzhou, here's the simplest guide and detailed photo spot strategy
·
⭐️tips
❶Location: No. 75, Manjuelong, Xihu District, Hangzhou, it's a shop, there is a small path next to the shop, just follow the path and you'll see the bathhouse in 2 minutes
❷Transportation: Take bus 87 to 【Manjuelong】; it's best to take a taxi with the destination set to No. 75, Manjuelong, Xihu District, Hangzhou
❸No reservation required, no admission fee
·
⭐️Practical tips
❶Main attractions in Manjuelong are: the bathhouse, tea gardens, and the aerial swing, the swing is very photogenic but you need to continue climbing up the mountain for about 15 minutes, I was too lazy so I gave up
❷To return, follow the same path back
❸The tea garden is fenced off, if you want to take photos in the tea garden, you need to go up the mountain and come down from the small path on the mountain
·
⭐️Photo tips
❶For the best photo spot, continue upwards past the bathhouse until you reach a corner, the photographer stands on the steps on the other side of the road. The person and the bathhouse will be in the same scene, very photogenic.
❷At the top of the mountain is the famous swing that many people come to check in, you can wear white or solid-colored clothes, it's really photogenic.
❸The surrounding area is a vast Longjing tea garden, neatly trimmed, a clean green as far as the eye can see, taking photos in the tea garden is also very nice. But please protect the tea garden while taking photos!

One of the hardest hotels to book in Hangzhou
I made a special trip to Hangzhou just for this hotel... Sunset at Hupao 1934
Because I've always wanted to stay, a Hangzhou holiday requires booking more than half a month in advance for one of the hardest hotels to book in Hangzhou...
The rainy weather on May Day at 22 degrees is really comfortable
I just want to stay in the hotel, admiring the design by Xie Ke, where every step is a view, with the highlight being the breakfast. It's truly, truly, truly heartwarming. The service and hardware maintain a high standard without any letdowns
It's now one of my top 10 favorite designer hotels in China~
Stepping out, there's West Lake, Su Causeway, Hangzhou Zoo nearby
Walking to Manjuelong Road, stopping at fromher coffee for a cup... so chill it's unbelievable. Worth mentioning, Hangzhou's maple leaves have reached the next level, another heavenly secret spot with no ceiling, taking deep breaths of oxygen

Hangzhou
Since last November, I have written dozens of guides on Hangzhou, which has given me a deeper understanding of the city. I visited dozens of attractions and discovered some less popular ones.
1 Xia Man Jue Long - Tang House
Hidden in the mountains around West Lake, this mysterious ancient house is reminiscent of the scenes in 'Spirited Away'. The peculiar wooden house situated in a tea plantation is intriguing in itself.
2 Maojiabu - Dyeing Sky High
A less frequented scenic spot by West Lake, mainly because it is not near the IN77 shopping district and is a bit far from the city center. 80% of tourists do not come here, yet it is the starting point of the ancient path that the ancients took to Lingyin Temple to offer incense.
Address: Maojiabu - Dyeing Sky High scenic spot
Changqiao Park (where you can capture the 'Leifeng Sunset Glow' scene)
For those without a camera, Changqiao Park is the best place to capture the Leifeng Pagoda. Around 6-7 pm in summer, you can capture the scene where the sun only shines on one side of the Leifeng Pagoda just before sunset, and you can even capture both the Leifeng Pagoda and the sun in the same frame. This is the famous 'Leifeng Sunset Glow'.

Hangzhou Bathhouse | Check out the mysterious place from Spirited Away
| Check out the mysterious place from Spirited Away. Bathhouse introduction ⬇️
Hangzhou Bathhouse is located near No. 75, Xiamanjuelong, Xihu District. It has become a popular photo spot because it looks like the bathhouse in the animated film Spirited Away.
-
Transportation ⬇️
We recommend taking public transportation 🚌. Take Metro Line 3 to Huanglong Cave (Exit B), transfer to Bus 87 to Shiwudong, and walk to the bathhouse.
We don't recommend driving ❌, as the area is prone to traffic jams on weekends and holidays.
-
Photo spots ⬇️
The best spot to take a panoramic photo of the bathhouse is opposite the public toilet, where you can capture the Ghibli vibe.
Climb the stairs for about 20 minutes to get a panoramic view of West Lake.
-
Notes ❗
The bathhouse is a private residence and is not open to the public. Please don't disturb the residents when taking photos. Be a civilized tourist.

Visit Manjuelong Village in Hangzhou to enjoy the sweet scent of osmanthus.
Manjuelong Village, a poetic name, is located at the southern foot of the West Lake Scenic Area. It is a great place to visit in Hangzhou in autumn. The autumn wind brings the fragrance of osmanthus, adding a touch of poetry to the trip.
Transportation: The West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou is always crowded during holidays. You can take Metro Line 3 to Huanglong Cave Station (Exit B1) and then take a bus. If you are afraid of traffic jams, you can ride an electric bike or bicycle after getting off the subway.
Main attractions in Manjuelong Village:
Tangwu: A wooden building with a unique architectural style that has become popular on the internet. It is located a few minutes uphill from Manjuelong Village.
Swing: Continue to climb up from Tangwu. The mountain is not high and you can quickly reach the hillside. You can see the West Lake from the hillside. There is a tea garden on the hillside. Many people take photos in the tea garden with the West Lake and the city in the background. Walk a little further and you will see the swing, which is popular on the internet. Many people take photos here, so you may need to queue.
Market on both sides of the village at the foot of the mountain: Various Hangzhou specialties are sold here, especially dried osmanthus and osmanthus cakes. There is a persimmon tree by the road. When the persimmons turn red, many people come here to take photos. There are also many small attractions along the road where you can take photos.
Shiwudong: The cave is a Chinese-style garden landscape.
Manjuelong Village is free to visit.
Food: Osmanthus rice cake, osmanthus chestnut lotus root starch soup, osmanthus steamed cake, scallion pancake, euryale ferox cake, osmanthus crisp. In addition, bottled dried osmanthus and osmanthus sachets are great souvenirs.

It turns out that the right way to enjoy the osmanthus at Manjuelong is on a rainy day.
I took many photos of osmanthus this year, but I still feel like it's not enough. I came to Manjuelong for the second time on a rainy day, and it presented a different artistic conception.
Manjuelong in the rain is particularly quiet, with few tourists, allowing people to savor this quiet beauty.
There is no need to deliberately look for the so-called popular photo spots, because the rain gives more inspiration for shooting here, and the shutter can't stop at all.
Osmanthus flowers fall in the drizzle, covering the ground, bushes, car roofs, and houses. Everything here is dyed a light gold by osmanthus.
Some petals gather into a sweet "osmanthus river" along the water flow, some jump in the air like lively elves, and some are gently suspended in the air by spider silk, like a string of wind chimes, swaying gently in the breeze.
Walking on the path of Manjuelong, the soles of the shoes are full of the fragrance of osmanthus, and every step is a unique romance of autumn.
In addition to osmanthus, the distant mountains are also misty and refreshing. It is still raining in Hangzhou recently, and it is strongly recommended that everyone come here for a visit. The climate is not cold or hot at this time, it is very comfortable, put on rain boots, enjoy stepping on the water, and feel the ease and comfort.

Autumn Longjing Tea Picking Tour in Hangzhou.
Manjuelong Tea Picking Tour
Manjuelong is the second largest Longjing tea origin in Hangzhou, with a large tea mountain protection area. From Upper Manjuelong to Lower Manjuelong, the tea mountains form a stunning natural landscape.
West Lake Longjing tea is also divided into spring and autumn seasons. Although autumn tea is not as fresh as spring tea, it is still expensive.
Fresh Longjing tea has a faint bean fragrance, which is my favorite. Old tea trees have a more mellow taste and a clean aftertaste. In the Longjing tea production area, climb Baihe Peak along Manjuelong, enjoy the open tea mountains, pick tea by hand, and experience the fun of Longjing tea picking.
In autumn, there is also a special osmanthus Longjing tea. Under the osmanthus rain in Manlong, find a teahouse and have a cup of Longjing tea, which is the most appropriate.
Picking experience: starting from 100 yuan
Tea house: starting from 80 yuan per person
Transportation: Bus No. 87 goes directly there

It's that time of year again to visit Manjuelong.
Time flies, and it's that poetic season again. Around this time last year, I also came to Manjuelong, but unfortunately missed the popular persimmon tree, as the persimmons had already been picked. This year, I came a few days earlier and finally saw the persimmon tree I had been longing for.
The whole persimmon tree is full of yellow persimmons, as if it is a beautiful painting drawn by nature with the most brilliant colors. The plump persimmons, under the sun, emit a warm and charming light. I was curious, why don't these persimmons fall when they are so yellow? They just hang quietly on the branches, as if telling the story of time.
Standing under the persimmon tree, the breeze blows, bringing a sweet fragrance. At this moment, time seems to stand still, and all troubles are thrown behind. The beauty of Manjuelong is so pure and natural that people are intoxicated and cannot extricate themselves.
Every scene here is full of poetry, and every corner is full of surprises. If you also want to find a quiet corner in the bustling city, then Manjuelong is definitely your best choice. Come here, feel the charm of nature, and have a beautiful encounter with these persimmons. 💕

Hangzhou!! Manjuelong!! The small courtyard in the mountains is so beautiful!!
I spent the weekend in Hangzhou with my boyfriend and this homestay really healed us.
The tea art class teacher was very gentle and the butler service was perfect.
√ Beautiful scenery, high quality, thoughtful service, and high cost performance.
The small courtyard is very convenient!! You can go to Manjuelong to enjoy the autumn on weekends.
~~
Great location
The homestay is in the West Lake Scenic Area and is very close to Manjuelong. It's very quiet.
In autumn, the air is full of the fragrance of osmanthus, which is very comfortable.
The overall style is Japanese, and every corner is very stylish.
The room is very comfortable.
Although it's not big, it's clean and comfortable.
Very thoughtful, earplugs are specially prepared for those who are afraid of noise.
The breakfast has various small dishes, and the latte is very delicious.
The small courtyard is very beautiful.
The small courtyard is built against the mountain, the air is fresh and the view is great.
The room is very high-end, and the bedding is perfect.
The breakfast is also very characteristic and very satisfying.
First-class service
24-hour on-call service, the service is really heartwarming.
I feel very spoiled. It's especially suitable for couples and parent-child tours.

The most powerful illegal building in the West Lake Scenic Area has been made into a tourist attraction.
You must have heard of the Manjuelong Osmanthus Rain, but now the more popular osmanthus is the "Tangwu" that looks like a house in Miyazaki Hayao's animation. Coming here to smell the osmanthus is not the most important thing. The Tangwu check-in is really endless. It was originally an illegally built private building, hidden in the tea garden, but it couldn't stop the enthusiasm of netizens. Once it became famous, it was confiscated and became a tourist attraction. The owner probably didn't expect it.
From Yangmeiling to Tangwu, the distance is not far, and the light hiking route is suitable for both the elderly and children. On the way, you will pass Shuiledong. You can go in and explore. There are caves and cliff carvings here. There are osmanthus trees all the way here, and it is absolutely comfortable to walk.
The entrance of Tangwu is relatively hidden. When you see the persimmon tree in Figure 2, a group of people taking pictures, the opposite of the persimmon tree is the entrance to see Tangwu, don't miss it.

How regretful it would be to miss autumn in Hangzhou.
.
Autumn in Hangzhou🍁
is a season of poetry and romance
When the first scent of osmanthus is carried by the wind
Come to Hangzhou and experience
the osmanthus on Manjuelong Road, the plane trees on Beishan Street, and the maple leaves in Jiuxi
.
I love autumn🍁
Leaves fall with the wind, seemingly returning to silence
But they burst into a brilliant energy on the branches
As if in this harvest season
They are rewarding the eyes of busy people
.
In autumn, reward yourself with a cup of milk tea🥤
Passing by "Grandpa Doesn't Make Tea"
I tried the new osmanthus pear
Dongting Biluochun tea X ranch milk
Formed a mellow tea base🍃
Using Xianing golden osmanthus, the hometown of osmanthus, with pear juice
The first taste is the scent of osmanthus, which permeates the mouth
Then the sweet pear flavor spreads
The fusion of flowers and fruits, as if the whole autumn🍂 is unfolding before your eyes
.
So go and welcome the coming autumn
Listen to the rustling of falling leaves, and let the sun☀️ cure the class
Don't miss every beautiful scene brought by the season
And don't miss the first cup of good milk tea in autumn‼️

Where to go in Hangzhou to enjoy the osmanthus in autumn? Here are some recommendations.
This year, Hangzhou has had 60 days of high temperatures, setting a record for the past 50 years. The osmanthus, which should have been fragrant, has also delayed its opening. However, the days of full city fragrance are not far away. As the city flower, there are tens of millions of osmanthus in Hangzhou. They can be seen everywhere on the roadside, but the osmanthus is about the artistic conception. I personally recommend going to these 7️⃣ places to enjoy.
✅Manjuelong
It is one of the new ten scenic spots in West Lake for enjoying osmanthus. Every autumn, you can feel the full osmanthus rain. However, when the osmanthus is in bloom, there are many cars and horses, so try to go early and return early.
✅Children's Park
The wind vane of Hangzhou osmanthus, the star osmanthus blooms first every year. Take advantage of others' unresponsiveness and go to smell the osmanthus first.
✅Hangzhou Botanical Garden
There are many varieties of osmanthus and long tree age, and the scale of the forest is very large. Walking in the osmanthus forest in autumn has a romantic flavor.
✅Jingci Temple-South Mountain Road
There are many ancient osmanthus trees in Jingci Temple, and the South Screen Evening Bell is full of artistic conception. Out of the temple, along the South Mountain Road to the east to Changqiao Park, the road is full of osmanthus fragrance.
✅Lingyin Temple-Yongfu Temple
Lingyin Temple is a must-visit place for tourists in Hangzhou, and autumn is the time to enjoy osmanthus. After leaving Lingyin Temple, go to the neighboring Yongfu Temple, where osmanthus is planted all the way.
✅Shangtianzhu Faxi Temple
There are many osmanthus trees in Shangtianzhu, and the osmanthus at the entrance of Faxi Temple is fragrant. There are osmanthus trees in front of and behind the houses on Tianzhu Road from time to time.
✅Santianzhu Fajing Temple
I personally love an osmanthus tree, hidden in the Yaoshi Hall in the temple. The trunk is tall and strong, and it is a perfect match with the surrounding yellow walls, black tiles, and flying eaves.

Drink|Hangzhou Mi Huan Ye Cafe.
Hotel tea room, cafe, open to the public. Yangjiashan corner, lush woods, quiet environment. The first phase of the courtyard, overlooking the green mountains and warm villages. The second phase of the interior, retro style, like the long time. It is suitable for sitting alone in the early morning and dusk, just like Tao Yuanming's poem: "The secluded orchid is born in the front yard, and the fragrance is waiting for the clear wind". It's just that there are too many people, especially when it comes to commercial shooting, there is nothing left.

The beautiful scenery beside the West Lake is picturesque. If you like this feeling, it is love!
Hangzhou!! Next to the West Lake! It’s such a great stay! I don’t want to check out
When my boyfriend and I come to Hangzhou, we always stay at Manjuelong, an affordable small courtyard with a secret mountain and wood-style courtyard. The Internet-famous book bar and cafe are not allowed. Sisters who have recently come to Hangzhou don’t know!!
The design of the single-family courtyard is really cute!

Hangzhou Manjuelong | It's like stepping into an ancient landscape painting
Walking along Manjuelong Road, the osmanthus trees on the roadside emit a charming fragrance, as if it were the real-life depiction of Liu Yong's 'Three autumn osmanthus, ten miles of lotus flowers.'
💡 Unique tips:
1. The osmanthus flowers in Manjuelong are most beautiful in autumn, but each season has its own charm.
2. There are many local farmhouses, so you can check reviews online in advance.
3. Remember to wear comfortable shoes, as there are many uphill and downhill paths.

In Hangzhou! Searching for the fairy-tale world of Spirited Away
Many people have dreamed in their childhood of seeing the bathhouse from Spirited Away with their own eyes👀 or having their own Prince White Dragon.
I finally got a photo with the bathhouse of my dreams in Hangzhou‼️ Many people don't know exactly where it is
▶️It's actually in the tea gardens of Manjuelong.
We arrived by bus
Then it's about a ten-minute walk
If you can't find the place, just navigate to the coffee shop☕️FORMHER COFFEE and you'll find it
After passing the public toilet, walk up the hill and you'll reach the perfect photo spot
This slope is also especially good for taking pictures when the weather is nice😋 Continue walking up and you'll reach Baihe Peak where you can check in at the popular swing and overlook the entire West Lake
This area is actually a very large tea garden👀 Besides the bathhouse, the tea garden is also a great spot for taking photos❌ But please don't litter or damage the greenery
Speaking of which, this house has also had a tumultuous fate😷 Originally built by the owner for fun, it became an illegal building after too many people checked in❌ It was almost demolished but has now been taken over by the state
But all in all, it has fulfilled the Spirited Away dreams of many people

Strolling through Manjuelong
People say that Hangzhou city has three types of 'snow': the reed catkins in Xixi, known as 'autumn snow'; the plum blossoms on Lingfeng, known as 'fragrant snow'; and the osmanthus flowers in Manjuelong, known as 'golden snow'. The cultivation of osmanthus in West Lake began in the Tang Dynasty. Among the poems praising West Lake, many are themed around osmanthus. However, initially, the focus was on the osmanthus of the temples in the northern hills of West Lake, such as Lingyin and Tianzhu. The 'Manlong Guiyu' or 'Osmanthus Rain in Manjuelong' from the New Ten Scenes of West Lake, which refers to the appreciation of osmanthus in Manjuelong in autumn, only formed after the Ming Dynasty.
Manjuelong, the valley between the Southern Peak and Baihe Peak, also had many temples in the past, with the earliest traceable to the Wu-Yue period. Among them was the Yuanxing Temple, which was renamed to Manjue Temple during the Northern Song Dynasty - 'Manjue' meaning 'complete enlightenment' - and the place also got its name from the temple. The osmanthus trees were likely planted by generations of monks and gradually became a magnificent sight. Today, along the mountain paths, slopes, stone cliffs, and beside the streams of the valley, there are over seven thousand osmanthus trees, many of which are over two hundred years old. However, those ancient temples have been destroyed and abandoned in the torrents of history, disappearing among the osmanthus bushes.
Manjuelong is actually a natural village located southwest of West Lake, with tea trees covering the slopes and osmanthus trees planted along the valley paths. During the season of fragrant golden osmanthus from September to November, the sweet fragrance is overwhelming, and the delicate yellow flowers drift with the wind like dense raindrops. Visitors walking among them, bathed in the 'rain' and inhaling the fragrance, experience a unique pleasure, hence the name 'Osmanthus Rain in Manlong', one of the New Ten Scenes of West Lake. Manjuelong Village holds the West Lake Golden Autumn Osmanthus Festival every September and October. Manjuelong Road is perfect for a leisurely walk, to see the fragrant osmanthus, houses covered in vines, and the relaxed people sunbathing at their doorsteps. The entire Manjuelong Road is picturesque at every turn. The blooming and falling of the osmanthus flowers vary each year, so it's best to check Hangzhou local news or social platforms like Weibo for real-time updates before visiting. I went in late September and it was still too early; I didn't see the 'Osmanthus Rain', which was really a bit disappointing! But strolling in Manjuelong, letting time flow slowly, and stopping at a small mountain shop for a cup of coffee and some daydreaming is still quite enjoyable.

I am AJ, who enjoys self-driving to the mountains and fields on weekends. I have checked in 88/100 of the less-known self-driving spots around Hangzhou. This time I unlocked the bathhouse in Manjuelong, and also unlocked the less-known route for taking out-of-towners on a one-day self-driving tour to view Hangzhou's attractions in the city area, where it's not crowded. Next time I'll share about the ancient city of Jiande~ Yuhuang Mountain Scenic Area Manjuelong Liuhe Pagoda

The city is filled with the fragrance of sweet osmanthus, and if you miss it, you'll have to wait another year
The sweet osmanthus in Hangzhou seems to have bloomed earlier this year, as if to welcome the Asian Games, adding charm to those traveling during the National Day holiday.
The saying 'Three autumns for osmanthus seeds, ten miles of lotus flowers' signifies that the osmanthus trees and their fragrance are half the emblem of Hangzhou. However, each wave of osmanthus bloom is not long, so those who want to see it should hurry.
🌟The most famous route for enjoying osmanthus in Hangzhou
is none other than 'Manjuelong'.
Known for osmanthus viewing since the Ming dynasty, 'Manjuelong Osmanthus Rain' is one of the top ten scenic spots of West Lake and the most famous spot for enjoying osmanthus in Hangzhou.
📷Must-visit spots:
1⃣️ Shiwu Cave: Visiting Shiwu Cave is truly astonishing. The ancient stone carvings are incredible, and there are many osmanthus trees in the courtyard. When the flowers bloom, the whole yard is filled with fragrance.
2⃣️ 'Spirited Away Bathhouse': In autumn, this place is really top-notch. The uniquely shaped wooden house brings you back to Spirited Away, and there are many osmanthus trees beside the wooden house, making for great photos on a sunny day.
3⃣️ Miqiu Wild cafe: After visiting Shiwu Cave and the bathhouse, if you're feeling thirsty, have a cup of osmanthus black tea here. The small courtyard also has osmanthus trees, and with its Song dynasty ambiance, it's great for photos. Order an afternoon tea and spend a super chill day.
4⃣️ Shuile Cave: It's super cool inside, and you can go into the stone cave to have a look.
5⃣️ Yangmeiling Village: Standing in Yangmeiling Village and looking down the mountain is spectacular. Going down from here is the most effortless way to reach Jiuxi.
6⃣️ Li'an Temple: I highly recommend arriving here on a rainy early morning. With the lights on, the mist and haze create an illusion of a path to a miracle.
7⃣️ Jiuxi: No one can resist Jiuxi! With towering trees and lush greenery, it's a place to escape the tail end of the heat. The red maples here in autumn are also exceptional!
📝Tips:
Street osmanthus markets have started operating. There are various dried osmanthus, osmanthus cakes, osmanthus coffee, and more. You can buy some to endlessly extend the romantic autumn~~
