The "Stir-fried Beef with Rice Noodles" was spicy and fragrant enough, and the rice noodles soaked up the broth, making them chewy and flavorful. The "Abalone Ningdu Three-Cup Chicken" had a wonderfully sweet and savory flavor! The abalone was chewy, the chicken tender, and the sauce rich—I could easily eat three bowls of rice with it. The "Jingdezhen Fermented Beef" perfectly combined the aroma of the fermented rice wine with the tenderness of the beef. It was juicy, tender, and slightly chewy, with just the right amount of spiciness—a perfect accompaniment to rice! The "Egg and Meatball Soup" was the soul of Jiangxi cuisine!
