Leaving aside the luxurious facilities for now, I must highlight the quality of service at the front desk—especially the young lady on duty the evening of October 19th. She was professional and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. It was the best experience among the dozen five-star hotels I stayed at during this trip. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town, but there’s a nearby bus stop, and calling an Uber is very easy. If you’re driving, there’s no need to worry—the hotel offers ample parking spaces and even free electric vehicle charging stations, making it an excellent choice for electric car travelers. The surroundings are peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the crowds of the city center, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The hotel overlooks the Adriatic Sea, offering stunning sea views. In the morning, you can open the curtains to see the azure sea directly; at night, sitting on the balcony in Opcina Zupa Dubrovacka, with white tables and chairs complementing the distant city lights, creates a serene atmosphere. On clear days, the outdoor natural scenery and nearby rivers and lakes are breathtaking. Not only is the outdoor view beautiful, but the interior design is also thoughtfully done.
