When I went, it was Saturday, the rooms were quite full. I stayed in a room in the upper zone. When I arrived, I parked my car at the accommodation and walked to Mae Kampong. In the morning, I walked to eat on the balcony at the front entrance on the top floor. I sat and ate while listening to the sound of the flowing stream. It was so chill. Before going back, I drove up to the top to see the view of Mae Kampong village at the Rabeang View restaurant. It is a cafe that opens very early in the morning. Around an hour’s drive from #Chiangmai City, through the hilly roads of Mae On District, Lanna Wild is nestled peacefully in the middle of the forest - away from the bustle of the city. We were greeted by the staff upon arrival, the lady that assisted us with check-in spoke good English and explained to us about dinner & breakfast. We stayed in the Together Onsen Villa. They escorted us to our room and taught us how to operate the #onsen. We were also provided with 2 glasses of soap for the tub, so if you forget to bring a bath bomb, you’re good! There were some insects around, but nothing worrying. Room was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and water pressure & heater were working really well! They provide hairdryer & laundry bags but do not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste so do bring your own. The view from the tub was stunning. Dinner was Shabu-Shabu at the restaurant. Warm soup in our bellies with the cool mountain breeze makes the whole experience even better. Dinner cost around SGD60, but there is free flow house pour for an hour. Breakfast is included with your stay that you get to choose at check-in. We opted for eggs & porridge that was delicious! Honestly, the best part of our stay here was playing with all of their resident cats! All of them were friendly, loving and were allowed to roam the premises. One even accompanied us for dinner 🤣 Our stay was was lovely and we would do it all over again.

🕯️🍂 This is a 𝐌𝐨𝐝 & 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞 forest retreat with a refreshing atmosphere, located by a stream. The surroundings are surrounded by tall trees and the sound of flowing water, with only 2 houses available for accommodation, making it a peaceful and tranquil place. It feels like staying in a small house in the middle of a vast forest with only the sound of water and the chirping of small animals. 🛖🐜 The 2 houses are named "Hing Hoy" and "Mod Som". We stayed in the "Mod Som" house, which has 2 floors and seems to be an old house that has been renovated, as there is still a hint of the original house's scent. 📺⏳ We love every corner of the house, as everything is well-designed and arranged. The furniture, props, and decorations blend together perfectly. Anyone who stays under the shade of the "Mod Som" house will feel warm and impressed, for sure. 🫖🥓 In the afternoon, there is a 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐚 available, with a full selection of tea and cakes. We can go for day trip but night trip should be better. We can feel the waterfall flow in the middle of the village and we hired a local guide to walk in the forest to the waterfall (~2 hrs / 300 Baht). When you reach the entrance to Mon Kuwera Place a coin (any coin, 1-10 baht) on the stone and scoop water to wash the coin 5 times Scoop water to wash your hands, left and right Bow once, clap once To cleanse before worshiping the sacred things 2. Walk to receive the merit-making set Before going to ask for a blessing from Thao Wessuwan, there are 3 prices for the merit-making set: 100 baht includes 1 set of prayer papers 🧾 1 pair of candles 🪔🪔 1 bottle of oil 🧨 1 set of incense sticks + numbered incense sticks 🎍 1 set of gold leaf 🪙 150 baht includes the same offerings as the 100 baht set, but includes an additional garland and 1 flower garland 🌼 200 baht is the jackpot set (I don't know what else you get with this set). We chose the 100 baht set, the standard set, and according to each person's financial ability. 3. Once you have your offerings, walk through the Mon Kuwera gate to worship Thao Wessuwan inside. 4. Inside, there will be a table for placing things so that we can write our names and birth dates on the paper we picked up. Then, light the incense and say the prayers on the paper we picked up. After praying and making a wish, go and fill the oil lamp.
