In Kandal people are very central as it is closer to Phnom Penh. Several time we can see houses build with open ground floor. People are usually using it as a common area to work on their daily routine included cooking and cleaning and playing with kids. Somehow that can afford to build room on the ground floor can also have modern bathroom attach with the house plus aircon inside the bedroom. We also see many new pop up business; and most attractive one is the garden and home design with plants.
