Heading to "Koma Shrine" in Saitama to wish for a little extra luck ⛩️✨ This shrine is apparently famous for its powerful blessings in career success, business prosperity, and overall good fortune..🥺 ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ After paying my respects, I headed straight to "Kato Farm" 🐮 ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Had some farm-fresh soft serve here 🍦 It was so rich and delicious—the perfect treat after visiting the shrine ♡ And what I loved most was getting to see the cows from such a close distance!!!!! While they already look stunning in anime, seeing them in real life is absolutely breathtaking—like a vibrant red carpet stretching endlessly. The photos were taken at the Kinchakuda Manjushage Festival in Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture. This festival transforms the entire area into a sea of red with over 5 million Higanbana flowers. In 2025, the festival will be held from September 19 to October 5. Admission fee: 500 yen for adults. During the rest of the trip, I had the chance to visit Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa, a popular aquarium in Tokyo. My favorite part was the jellyfish display zone, featuring various species of jellyfish illuminated with changing lights and effects—absolutely mesmerizing. There's also a 20-meter-long aquarium tunnel where you can walk through and observe marine life up close. This was truly one of the most memorable trips of the year.

Exploring Mount Hiwada in Hidaka City, Saitama—a beginner-friendly hike with a 300-meter elevation that's perfect for kids and dogs! Accompanied by a mountain expert, I ventured into hiking! Since I hadn't done any hiking as an adult, I opted for an extremely beginner-friendly mountain. Mount Hiwada, which reportedly takes just an hour to climb one way, lived up to its reputation. I reached the summit quickly and easily. However, there were some rugged sections along the trail, so light gear is definitely not recommended! Personally, I only had running shoes, and the muddy patches from the previous day's rain made me slip a little. 💦 That said, I saw families with young children, people hiking with their dogs, and even trail runners—all enjoying the mountain in their own way and at their own pace. To make the most of the experience, I downloaded the popular hiking app "Yamareco." It uses GPS to record your route, announces your elevation, and lets you save photo-logged records, adding a new layer of fun to the adventure. ✌️
