I used the CPH card, which includes train tickets plus admission to several Helsingør attractions. If you don’t have the card, you’ll need to buy tickets from DSB. 1️⃣ Hamlet’s castle Kronborg Castle The model for Elsinore in Shakespeare’s play Hamlet, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2000. It’s the best-preserved Renaissance coastal fortress in Northern Europe. · Tower: Climb to the top for panoramic views of the city, the old town’s red brick houses and churches, ships docked by the sea, and across the strait, Helsingborg in Sweden. · Knight’s hall: The longest Renaissance hall in Northern Europe, filled with exquisite wood carvings and antique tapestries · Royal chambers: King and queen’s bedrooms with original 16th–17th century furniture, paintings, and gilded decorations · Church: A royal military church from the reign of Frederick II, with well-preserved reliefs and paintings · Dungeon: Dark and narrow, requiring you to bend down as you move through—an unusual experience · Bastion: The outer walls are lined with old cannons. It’s conveniently located near the castle. An underground immersive maritime museum built inside an old dry dock from 1955. Because the castle is a World Heritage site, no tall buildings are allowed above ground. The designers embedded the entire museum inside the 150-meter-long dry dock, with only glass ramps and bridges visible above ground, preserving the castle’s skyline. The collection covers Danish navigation, shipbuilding, ocean trade, and sailor life from 1400 to the present 4️⃣ The Culture Yard Kulturværftet Formerly the Helsingør iron shipyard, it retains the main red brick shipyard buildings, wrapped in a multifaceted triangular glass-fiber structure. On the way back, you can stop by the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, about 10 minutes away. The seaside lawn there is incredibly relaxing!

8:10am Picked up my checked luggage 8:20am Monetka bought her train ticket (the airport trolley can be pushed all the way from the luggage carousel, through immigration, to the ticket machine, up the elevator, and downstairs to the train platform). 8. 37am I packed my luggage and boarded the train to Helsingborg C (Helsingborg residents ⚠️ should check the train schedule and wait for a train passing through Helsingborg). 9. 51am Arrived at Helsingborg C train station (the video shows the route times, but it's roughly half an hour from CPH Airport to Malmö, another quarter hour to Lund, and another half an hour to Helsingborg. If you're hungry, Helsingborg C is the best choice. There's a McDonald's and a milk tea shop right outside C Train Station. Take the bus 1-3 stops to the Furu/Bry dormitory (scan the QR code to get on any door, and ring the bell one stop before getting off. If the screen shows the stop in red, it means the driver knows to stop; otherwise, they'll just drive past. Also, if the door doesn't open at your stop, manually press the round button. You can walk there on weekdays, but if you have heavy luggage and a train ticket, you'll need to wait until 4 a.m. the next day to catch all the Herborg buses.) Get off the bus at 10:10 a.m. and walk for 5 minutes with your suitcase to the dormitory building! (I hadn't picked up my suitcase yet, so I had to follow others.)

Explored Helsingborg and it was soo amazing!! Swedish architecture is so beautiful. Sweden also have many castles around, including Helsingborg! I paid 80SEK to explore Känan, a swedish castle in Helsingborg, and it was no disappointment at all! Totally worth the visit! The view is spectacular at the top of the tower, with a free binoculars for you to look over to Copenhagen as well! Do visit Helsingborg if you have the time!

There are many old buildings here, with a long history, and it is a seaside scenic spot. The city's architecture is old style, with stone-built churches, city center boundaries and more modern commercial buildings mixed together. There are many types of streets, from wide avenues to narrow paths. Our hotel is in the city center, which is very convenient to various attractions. After putting down our luggage, we wandered around the nearby attractions until after 8 o'clock in the evening before going to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
