Early spring at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Canada.
Spring in Toronto always comes late. In early April, the earth warms up and plants gradually change color. Spring flowers, such as daffodils, hyacinths, and tulips, start to bloom, starting with small flowers on the ground.
The Royal Botanical Gardens of Canada is located in Hamilton and is mainly composed of several gardens, each with different flowers blooming in every season. Early April is the time when cherry blossoms bloom. Toronto receives quite a lot of rain in April. The official website of the botanical garden reports that cherry blossoms and magnolias are both blooming. This botanical garden is very large and mainly grows cherry blossoms, magnolias, and lilacs. It has huge lawns and winding trails, making it a great outdoor destination. The cherry blossoms and magnolia trees in the garden have huge crowns and are quite stunning when in bloom. Last week was the peak season for cherry blossoms. Magnolias were also in full bloom, but there were still many buds waiting to bloom. When I first visited this garden at the end of May last year, it was the peak season for lilacs, and it was amazing to see many magnolias still blooming with leaves.
Garden parking fee for non-members is 10 CAD. It's best to go early on Sundays, otherwise members have priority.

Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park in winter.
In March, the snow has not yet melted in winter, but Oakville's Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park already has a feeling of early spring, with branches slightly yellowing.
From a distance, if you take a long-distance shot of the rows of docks where cruise ships can dock next to the lighthouse, you will feel that this port must be very lively and busy in spring and summer. Imagining the scene of hundreds of boats setting sail in the summer, this park should be a place where people of all ages can stay for a long time.
When you have free time, you might as well walk along the long embankment all the way to the lighthouse in the distance, or sit on a bench in the park and enjoy the scenery by the lake.

Burlington is located on the southwest side of Toronto, and is a city under the jurisdiction of the Halton Region of the Greater Toronto Area.
Burlington has been repeatedly selected by institutions such as Maclean's and Money Sense as Canada's most livable city, best community, and best mid-sized city. Burlington boasts excellent public safety, high coverage of urban green spaces, and ranks among the top nationwide for the number of sunny days, making it suitable for both business and living.
You can enjoy the natural lakeside beaches at the waterfront Beach Park in the city center, and relax under the sun. The Ontario Lake here, with its broad waters like the sea and the azure lake blending with the sky, is incredibly spectacular.
