Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe, and it’s where I first learned to ski—an unforgettable mix of exhilaration, sore legs, and fresh mountain air. Even late in the season, the snow was superb, with wide, well-groomed runs perfect for beginners and plenty to challenge the more experienced. I've been lucky to cut my skiing teeth here and have fallen down on plenty of the green and blue runs before getting confident enough to tackle the reds and a couple of the easier blacks; the magic carpets make it a great place to learn for beginners! The resort is ski-in, ski-out almost everywhere, so the mountains are literally on your doorstep. Being part of the world-famous Three Valleys means endless variety—hundreds of kilometres of pistes to explore without ever repeating the same route. Off the slopes, Val Thorens keeps the energy high. The nightlife ranges from lively après-ski terraces to late-night clubs, all buzzing with the end-of-day glow of people who’ve spent hours in the snow. It’s a place where you can learn, improve, and fall in love with the mountains—all in one trip. We rented our gear from one the Skiset shops dotted about in Val Thorens, they had a great modern system for sizing you to boots and a wide selection of boots and skis. #singapore I had the opportunity to visit Riviere which is a luxury residential apartments next to Singapore river that goes up to 36 storeys high. It was where the formal zouk out was. 
Their pool is at the ground level and at the sky garden you could see a 360 view of the city skyline even Marina Bay Sands! Or the surrounding area such as the Havelock area (hotels).

Though the city views are mostly blocked by plantations, my assumption is for safety.

The rooftop features, a huge jacuzzi that you can even lay down in just like a sun bed. I also saw hot spa and a really huge trampoline. 


𓂄 𓂄 La Serre is a western restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating at Kwun Tong Waterfront. The interior is like a small glass house, and the outdoor seating is pet-friendly. It’s not too hot on summer nights with the sea breeze. 𓇤 Shrimp Fettuccine $148 Everyone exclaimed as soon as it was served. The whole plate of spaghetti was green, which was very special. It turned out to be rocket juice. It does have the unique sweet aftertaste of rocket, with a hint of garlic, and is flavorful without being too strong. 𓇤 Pork Taco $168 Using Japanese pork cartilage, it is tender and tasty. Lake Forest, in the Thousand Island Lake area, is an up and coming development that has lots of different activities to do within the area of beautiful mountains and lakes. There is a small railway line that can take you to the different attractions, which are still being built, but we stayed near the high rope obstacle course which offers 2 types of physical difficulties. First, a sincere compliment: the beauty of these four countries is undeniable✨ The sunset under the Eiffel Tower, the crystal-clear waters and blue skies of Lake Lucerne, the vintage streets of Florence, the aroma of beer in Munich—every frame looks like a movie scene. Posting check-in photos instantly doubles the likes, satisfying your vanity big time! But! Here’s the key point! The so-called “4-country panoramic tour” is essentially a “bus marathon-style check-in”🚗 I even signed up for what’s called a “premium small group” tour, yet we spent an average of 3-5 hours on the bus daily. The longest stretch was from Munich to Innsbruck, and my legs went numb from sitting so long. Mer de Glace is a glacier located in the Mont Blanc mountain range and is one of the largest glaciers in France. It is about 7 kilometers long and is a beautiful tourist attraction. How to get there: Take the Montenvers train from Gare de chamonix Mont Blanc station using the same ticket as the cable car to Mont Blanc (Mont Blanc MultiPass ticket). It is a mountain train that gradually climbs to Le Montenvers station at an altitude of 1913 meters. You will be able to see Chamonix from above. When you reach the train station above, you can take the cable car and walk up about 550 steps to see the beauty of the Mer de Glace ice cave up close.

I tried paragliding in Chamonix. I booked the reservation site the day before, looking at the weather. The price was about 260,000 won, and I paid 30 euros for the photo and video shooting. Originally, paragliding was done at the Verban Observatory, but the cable car to the Verban Observatory was closed, so I did paragliding at Plandimmie, or Aiguille Midi Transfer Station. There was a separate paragliding area. I think it was maintained because the cable car is closed seasonally. I glided for about 30 minutes. The teacher said that I was light, so I flew for about 5 minutes longer. I also paraglided in Interlaken, but paragliding in Chamonix was better. Interlaken has a lake view, but Chamonix has a mountain view that is no joke. The paragliding landing area is right next to QC terme. The landing pad is far from the city center, so you have to walk a bit, but if you walk along the river that runs through Chamonix, you can quickly arrive at the hotel where I am staying. In fact, paragliding was not a planned trip. When I arrived in Chamonix, many people were paragliding, so I hurriedly made a reservation after seeing them. Fortunately, there was one spot left, so I was able to experience paragliding in Chamonix. This is one of the places you must visit when you come to Chamonix. It is Mer de Glace. Unlike other observatories, you can go there via a mountain train, so it is more leisurely and you can climb up to the observatory through nature. If you take the mountain train, always sit on the left. The view in that direction is really great. The Mer de Glace observatory is where the glacier used to be. In the past, the glacier was high, but now due to global warming, the glacier has almost melted, so it is difficult to see the glacier with the naked eye unless you get close. Of course, you can take a cable car that goes up to the ice cave, but I do not recommend it.
