The staff often pull a disappearing act, so getting to experience making elephant dung paper relies entirely on luck. It's along the route, so it's your call whether to drop in. Sino-Myanmar Street⭐⭐ The whole street is packed with domestic chain stores, and Burmese goods are practically non-existent. The only saving grace is a girl who looks Indian but slings "Shuaishou Baba" (a local pancake) while speaking fluent Lincang dialect. You'll pass by anyway, so just take a casual look. Nanting Art Academy / Xiacheng Big Buddha Temple⭐ Both felt pretty meh. The former is way too commercialized. If you're short on time, just ignore them completely. 🍛 Honest Feedback on Food & Drinks Xiangyue Xiaozhu You can't dodge this spot if you visit. The vibe is genuinely nice, and it's super Instagrammable. However, the boss lays it on a bit thick with the storytelling. I personally found it a bit try-hard, so my final impression was just average. Zaiyishao Dai Flavour Manor This is the exact spot that will literally shoo customers away when it gets busy during holidays. If you wanna go, you'd better call ahead to double-check.
