The National Palace Museum in Taipei houses Consort Jin's heirloom jade cabbage, which served as Jason's muse. He transformed the beauty of this antique into the squid paste and "jade pendant" of high-mountain dragon tea on the plate. The opening tea, a blend of Fuding Shoumei and Anhui Yudie Baimei, with its warm almond aroma, served as the prelude to the entire meal.
