The number 4 is important Iranian architecture so the home was envisioned as 4 sectioned spaces that are interconnected by an intermediary corridor. In the western section, Fakhrmddin brick filters light into the interior space; from the gardens on the exterior, the material nods to Iranian architectural landscapes during the Safavid period. 💬 "Hey, guess what? I went to this café in Freiburg... and it was absolutely amazing!!!" So, the place is called Fili Kajo, or some people call it Fili Café & Bar. It's located in the old town area of Freiburg, right along a busy main street where people are constantly passing by. But once you step inside, the vibe completely changes—it's warm, cozy, and filled with the delightful aroma of coffee, reminiscent of an Italian café. I sat by the window, with clear glass offering a view of the outside. Soft sunlight streamed in, creating a gentle and soothing atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, always smiling, and even helped recommend some menu items. I started with the Lavender Latte—oh my gosh! The lavender aroma was so rich and authentic, not just a faint hint. It wasn’t overly sweet either, giving off a feeling like a gentle hug from the coffee 😂. Then I tried the Pistachio Croissant, which was perfectly filled—not too much, not too little. It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—pure bliss! By evening, the café transforms into a bar—an Aperitivo Bar, to be exact. People started coming in for cocktails, enjoying a relaxed vibe. There was even a DJ playing soft lo-fi background music. I tried the Aperol Spritz and Gin & Tonic—so refreshing! Not too strong, just perfect for sipping while chatting and laughing. It was such a pleasant experience. ⸻ 📸 Every corner of the café is Instagram-worthy! They have brick-colored sofas, chic wooden tables, and amazing natural lighting. We went to eat at Jeju Korean Bistro 제주. Let me tell you, it's like flying to eat Korean food for real! This restaurant is decorated in a modern Korean style, looks warm and comfortable to sit in. The food here is really great, especially the Bibimbap menu, which has fragrant rice and lots of ingredients. The taste is just right, not too spicy. There's also Jimdak (Korean baked chicken) with a sweet and salty sauce that goes great with rice. There's also a Kimchi soup menu that has a rich taste and is easy to sip. The atmosphere of the restaurant is suitable for chatting with friends or having a chill date because it's not loud and the staff provides good service and pays attention to every detail. For those who like Korean food or want to try something good that's not just grilled food, this restaurant is highly recommended. If you’re a ramen or mala lover and like something customizable, this is the place for you.” “When you go in, they let you choose everything yourself, from the noodles, soup, toppings, vegetables, protein, and they also have free spicy oil, sesame, peanuts, and chopped shallots. It’s sooo good!” “We ordered a soup called Garlic Dream!!! It’s a vegetarian soup with a deep garlic aroma, like it’s been revived. Then we added udon noodles, tofu, lots of vegetables, and vegetarian chicken. It tasted so good~ The soup was so rich that you could slurp it down to the last drop.” “You can choose how spicy you want it. There’s a spicy soup called Red Tori, which is Chinese mala style, or if you want a lighter Japanese feel, there’s a soft chicken soup called White Tori.
