#wellnesstravel I recently spent a full day at Alba Thermal Springs and Spa in Victoria, Australia, and it was pure bliss! 🌿 The entrance fee was around $98 AUD, which included access to all the thermal pools and spa facilities. From the moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed—the atmosphere is so peaceful, surrounded by nature. The thermal springs are amazing, with a variety of pools to choose from, each with different temperatures. My favorite was the rooftop pool, where you can soak with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. After hours of soaking, I treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was well worth the splurge. There’s also a lovely café on-site where I enjoyed a healthy lunch. It’s the perfect spot for a full day of unwinding. Nearby, you can explore the Mornington Peninsula wineries or take a scenic walk along the coast. The various bathing pools and private baths offered a range of temperatures and settings to suit every mood. A perfect haven to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature and oneself. A truly unforgettable experience that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Visiting the Peninsula Hot Springs turned a trip seeking relaxation and refreshment into a wonderful experience. In addition to the hot springs, there are also hammams (Turkish-style steam baths) and saunas, providing a rich variety of bathing experiences. It's an ideal place to visit with friends, where you can spend leisurely time together and enjoy conversations. Moreover, the café offers healthy light meals made with local ingredients, allowing you to stay relaxed all day long. It was an ideal spot to reset your mind and body away from everyday life.

Peninsula Hot Springs is an incredible destination that offers a rejuvenating and relaxing experience. Nestled on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this hot spring oasis is a haven of tranquility.

We had a wonderful relaxing time twice at Alba hot springs in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. It is about 1 hour’s drive from Melbourne. We arrived for an afternoon session on a weekday and it was fairly quiet and we had some hot pools to ourselves all afternoon. For our second visit, we opted for a night owl session and arrived about 5.15pm and the crowd was just nice till about 7pm when more visitors turned up for the lovely sunset. Nestled among waving grasses and indigenous flora, there are more than thirty pools to discover and enjoy. From the warm mineral waters of geothermal pools to the invigorating rain pool and the tranquillity of botanical pools, you can immerse yourself in a unique healthy relaxing bathing experience. This is a luxurious 5 star new establishment, with a lovely restaurant and good food and they even supply Dyson hair dryers in their bathroom! Highly recommended when you visit Melbourne, Australia for an unforgettable calming experience. The springs are open from 7.00am until 10.00pm and they accept last arrival at 8.30pm.
