Attraction : Ealing Broadway Address: The Broadway, London, W5 5JY Directions: take Elizabeth Line and get off at Ealing Broadway station or take busses. This place is actually one of the leading shopping destinations in London. It is a shopping mall with many shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a central library there. Best thing I like about this shopping area is there is a outdoor area where there are many chairs for people to sit and relax. There is a big screen to watch sports events as well! There are many halal eateries around the area so it definitely is Muslim friendly. #londontrip #London

We booked this hotel last minute for a trip to Wembley. Initially, we were just looking for a base with parking but were pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent for Wembley, with a bus stop just a short walk up the road that takes you directly there. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which was a welcome surprise. We stayed in a basic room, but it was fantastic. There was fresh milk in the fridge for tea and coffee, as well as complimentary beer and water. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast was excellent. Honestly, our stay couldn't be faulted from beginning to end. Although we didn’t have an evening meal, so cannot comment on the food, we did use the bar. The beer garden was perfect, with blankets available for chilly evenings and a sheltered area with heaters. We ended up staying out quite late, meeting some lovely people. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again!

My partner and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Our room was upgraded, and a complimentary breakfast was included with our reservation. The room itself was spotless and roomy, and we also received free snacks and beverages. Overall, it was a delightful stay, all thanks to the amazing Nina who works there. She’s incredibly kind and personable, making us feel very welcome. Despite this being a last-minute booking, she was remarkably accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel!

I traveled from Newark, NJ, and stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel Ealing for the third year in a row, from July 11-17, 2025. Like my previous two visits, my recent stay was enjoyable. The room was clean, and housekeeping came by daily. Breakfast was included in my booking, and the morning staff at breakfast, as well as the reception team, were friendly. The hotel was quiet and well-kept overall. However, note that only one of the two elevators is operational, making midday waits a bit slow for the available one. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to both Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway tube stations, along with plenty of bus options nearby. I will definitely return next year.

Last evening, I enjoyed a delightful meal at Embassy Lounge Bar. The roasted lamb was superb, and the service was impressive thanks to Joy, Ionela, Gina, Collin, Justin, and Dima. I'd certainly suggest this place to anyone in or visiting the Ealing area. Certainly a place I'll visit again.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, and the staff were incredible. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and it’s just a 2-minute walk from the tube station and only 20-25 minutes from central London. Highly recommend.

The staff's politeness and readiness to assist were amazing. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The instructions were clear, and the key access was straightforward. The rooms where I stayed were spotless, cozy, and the beds were very comfy. There was also an armchair for relaxation, spacious closets, and a long vanity that doubled as a table for tea with a clean kettle, cups, and spoons provided along with tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. TV was available too. The bathroom was sparkling clean, which gave me a sense of comfort and made me feel at home. Internet access can be added for an extra fee, and there's also a breakfast box if you need something to keep you going. An M&S food store is right next door, or you can take a short walk to Tesco to purchase whatever you need. The bus stop is practically in front, and there are three tube stations within a 6- to 20-minute walk. If you're staying longer, there are restaurants and even an Odeon cinema nearby, making it well-situated. I'm really grateful for the warm hospitality I experienced during my stay; they were attentive to all my needs.

I stayed with my daughter for 4 nights, and our check-in was smooth. We even received a warm cookie to enjoy in our room. We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, featuring a Tassimo coffee machine, pods, sugar, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was abundant, and the staff were wonderful. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Ealing Common Station, and we reached central London in under 30 minutes. We visited Wembley Park Theatre for Starlight Express and Harry Potter Studios. Once you familiarize yourself with the trains, getting around is simple. Our sole complaint was the room being quite cold at night, with windows letting in a lot of chilly air. We couldn't adjust the room temperature as it kept resetting. Also, the lift malfunctioned a few times during our stay, and being on the 5th floor meant climbing 10 flights of stairs, which was tiring after walking around for 8 hours. Nevertheless, this wouldn't deter us from returning. Overall, a fantastic hotel with welcoming staff. Thank you.

We relished our lunch at Doubletree; the food was flawless, leaving no room for criticism, and the service was superb. Ken, our server, was exceptionally kind and tended to us regularly. I am eager to return soon and highly endorse this place.

Throughout the past 12 years, we've stayed at this hotel multiple times, mainly when attending events at Wembley. We've consistently enjoyed our visits and never had any complaints, which explains our repeated returns. However, this recent stay exceeded all previous experiences by a long shot. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, the pub is charming with a broad selection of tasty food and drinks, and the location is convenient. What truly distinguishes this place is the staff. From our arrival at reception to our departure, every single staff member we encountered was incredible. They greeted us warmly with smiles and hellos, even the cleaners in the hallway, and all seemed genuinely pleased to be working there. It's either superb staff training or expert hiring that identifies individuals with the right attitude, but whatever it is, it definitely works! The pub staff especially made us feel at home, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. Attending the Oasis concert was made even better with life-size cut-outs in reception, Oasis-themed cocktails, and toasties served post-concert, delightful touches that enriched the overall experience. We thoroughly appreciate the enjoyable stay and will certainly return!

I genuinely couldn't criticize anything about this place. We booked it as a layover for seeing Coldplay at Wembley due to the fair price and complimentary parking. Arriving quite early after a 3-hour drive, we decided to grab a drink at the pub while waiting for our room. From the start, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality continued throughout our visit, making our first Wembley adventure totally stress-free. The pub and dining area were delightful, with large sofas and TVs. Not wanting to wander far during the day, we opted for a Sunday roast - it was exceptionally good, and I couldn't find any fault. Very flavorful with every component perfect. The room was spotless with a comfy bed, and the shower was amazing, though the window faced overgrown brambles. Our car was safe overnight, which was vital to us, and breakfast was quickly served and delicious. Altogether, this location is a hidden gem for Wembley, with superb staff, great food, and hospitality we haven't encountered for ages. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it and would book again.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and ideal for a short business trip. There’s a bar where guests, even those traveling alone, can mingle, and the staff are exceptional, always ready to assist. Upon my arrival, I was given a room adapted for the disabled, which wasn’t to my preference. I went to reception, and they promptly changed my room without any hassle. The bar staff were personable, and all the staff made sure to greet guests whenever they saw them. Overall, I have no grievances. For the cost, it offers genuine value. The location isn’t the greatest since it’s on the A40. If you're not driving, this could be inconvenient. However, Park Royal tube station is right across the road, providing easy access to central London. During my stay, there were many American guests, and I felt like one of the few British people, but it didn’t impact my experience. One thing to note is the parking. Although the hotel provides parking, it costs £18.50 for 24 hours, which I believe should be more clearly stated on the website.
