There are several ancient towns around Lijiang Ancient Town, among which Baisha Ancient Town is one of the ones I personally think is most worth visiting. If time is limited and you can only choose one, it must be this one. The main reason I recommend this place is for its beautiful scenery. It is very close to the snow mountain, and you can take photos with the streets and the snow mountain together right in the town.
