Historical city in England - York

We went to York on quite a spontaneous trip as a friend travelled from Canada so another friend from London thought we should meet up half way between London and Edinburgh, where we’re based respectively. So York it was! This historical and beautiful city is definitely worth visiting! Loved the architecture - city walls, and the cathedral, and also rivers and pretty streets! #Lovelyautumn #york
