Flaming Mountain in Journey to the West

If you grow up watching the famous tv show “Journey to the West” like me, this is a must-visit place. Here you can take pictures with statues of King of Buffalo, his wife, Xuanzhang and his disciples. There’s also the fan-ice cream. It isn’t good but good for a photo. Even though this is the official attraction where your driver will take you to, the beautiful place actually locates approximately another 10km on the way to the Buddha Cave. You’ll also visit a film set of Journey to the West. This film set was built to shoot the 1988 tv show “Journey to the West.” You can ask your hotel to arrange a car to visit this place and the Buddha Cave and other attractions. There are many drivers, taxi in Turpan and it’s very easy to visit these places.
