Chichen Itza: A Stairway to the Maya Calendar

"I hope he's not taking me to the top of the pyramid to appease the gods. Fortunately, the ancient Mayan tribes built Chichen Itza as a calendar rather than like their other pyramids, so I got away with it this time. Although if I misbehave or ask for too many photos, I fear he might opt for the '55-meter deep cenote' option nearby ;) In any case, Chichen Itza gets a thumbs-up for face control! It feels like one of the Seven Wonders of the World is calling, and it's a bit disappointing that they aren't building anything similarly grand nowadays. Or are they? What do you think, which of today's buildings/structures will people consider a wonder of the world in 300 years?"
