Huai Left's Premier Garden - Taizhou Risheng Garden

Risheng Garden, also known as Sanfeng Garden, Zheyuan, and Qiaoyuan, is located inside the Qiaoyuan Hotel at 436 Hailing South Road, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Constructed during the Ming Dynasty's Wanli era, it was a private residential garden built by Chen Suoyun. Risheng Garden is distinguished by its ancient cypresses, unique rocks, and seasonal flowers and trees, earning it the reputation of "Huai Left's Premier Garden". Tour Route To tour Risheng Garden, it is recommended to start from the western courtyard to experience its transitional ambiance akin to a separate residence. Then, pass through Laiqing Pavilion to appreciate the main body and essence of the eastern courtyard, especially the layout centered around the Shanshang Caotang. Along the way, you can admire the garden's numerous ancient cypresses, unique rocks, and experience the changing seasons of the flowers and trees. Transportation Guide You can take bus route 1 to Risheng Garden, departing from either Taizhou South Bus Station or Taizhou Railway Station. For those driving themselves, you can take the Ning-Tong Expressway's Taizhou exit, head north on Taizhou Avenue, pass through Qingnian South Road, go past the TV tower, turn right onto Yingchun East Road, and finally arrive at 436 Hailing South Road.
