The decor is clean and modern, music plays softly creating a comfortable atmosphere. Highlights - The afternoon tea here is 488rmb for two. The food itself is excellent, highlights included the scones and freshly made jams. The customer service and attention to detail is excellent, so although you have to pay a service charge for other menu items, the service provided is high quality. Finally, the view to the Suzhou Center and pants building on a clear day is excellent, especially when the lights come on at night.
