Sarajevo

One of the most interesting cities I’ve visited in Europe. Sarajevo was a mix between a lot of cultures. There were Ottoman, Austrian and modern buildings in the capital, with a lot of ottoman inspired food and drinks, like its tea and coffee. Moreover, the people there were very nice and explained a lot of its history to me. There were a lot of monuments to the Bosnian war and WW1. If you are a history geek, then this city is definitely for you! The mixture between Soviet, European and Ottoman cultures would definitely amaze you to the furthest extent! If you like food, then Sarajevo is also a good place for you. Try the local gelatos!!! They are definitely the best!
