The scallops were bouncy and fully absorbed the lobster juice, making them extremely flavorful, and were served with diced Iberian ham🤤, resulting in a rich texture when eaten👍 🔸️Wagyu Beef and Foie Gras with Baguette This dish was lightly torched with a blowtorch🔥. Initially, I thought it would include a slice of foie gras, but to my surprise, the baguette was filled with foie gras pâté🤭, which made the beef flavor stand out more. 🔸️Spanish Bacon🧀Cheese Crispy Box One bite and the cheese bursts in your mouth, very creamy and smooth, paired with bacon, the salty and savory taste combined with the cheese is surprisingly well-matched😋 🔸️Oxtail with Mashed Potatoes and Broccolini This is a Daily Special👍 and I highly recommend it. The oxtail is very tender, falling apart with just a fork, rich in beef flavor, and melts in your mouth🤤. The mashed potatoes are also very fragrant, as smooth as cream. 🔸️Caramel Pudding with Passion Fruit🥭Mango and Cream The pudding is very smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness.
