Peaceful Podgorica

Podgorica is the capital of Montenegro and despite this distinction it often has a very calm quiet, peaceful provincial town feel about it, it’s a very relaxing place and not full of the hustle and bustle that you would find in many other capital cities. A centuries old clocktower built by the Turks can be seen in the old town.
