Ink and Gold Sand. The Happy and Beautiful Countryside is located in Zhuangshang Village, West District of Panzhihua, which lies at the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, adjacent to Huaping County of Lijiang City in Yunnan Province. Covering an area of 15.84 square kilometers, it has 257 households and 1,132 villagers, over 80% of whom belong to the Yi nationality's paddy field branch. It is the second batch of Chinese ethnic minority characteristic villages, the sixth National Civilized Village, and a national 3A-level tourist attraction. The Ink and Gold Sand. Happy and Beautiful Countryside project is located along the north bank of the Jinsha River from the former Guanyin Rock gas station to the Laroqin River Wetland Park in Zhuangshang Village. With a total length of 6,500 meters and an area of over 450,000 square meters, it is a key initiative of the West District to embrace the rural revitalization strategy. By integrating resources such as land, gardens, water conservancy, sunlight, and culture in rural areas, the project explores the joint development of ecological beauty and wealth for the villagers of Zhuangshang. Promoting common prosperity and increasing villagers' income is key. The Ink and Gold Sand·Happy and Beautiful Countryside project strengthens the policy of using industrial support for agriculture. Except for skilled technicians, other construction personnel are recruited from the villagers. Once the project is completed and open, the village collective economy will further develop and grow. Along with rehabilitation and wellness, flowers and seedlings, characteristic fruits, and ecological breeding industries, the project will implement an integrated agriculture, culture, and tourism prosperity project. It will broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income and become wealthy through the 'land transfer + labor support + equity dividend' model. As the first batch of basic unit points for building a commonly prosperous countryside in the West District, Zhuangshang Village insists on party building as the core. Starting from industrial development, ethnic culture, ecological construction, infrastructure, and institutional mechanisms, it explores the construction of a minority village that is prosperous in industry, suitable for living ecologically, civilized in rural customs, and effective in governance. In the future, based on this, 'Jinsha Shuimei·Manhua Zhuangshang' will be created. Following the development concept of 'one heart, one axis, three belts, and six areas,' Zhuangshang Village has formed a common prosperity task list: 'promote the development of new rural collective economy, make up for the shortcomings in infrastructure, insist on industrial development as the support, strengthen the construction of cultural supply capacity, and implement rural residential environment rectification.' These five major sectors include 18 specific items, with a time plan extending to 2025. Through the 'Zhuang in the heart, heart in Zhuang, village core (rehabilitation and wellness experience center)' one heart, 'Meizi Qing Reservoir - Laoshen Ditch - Jinsha River' one axis, 'Jinsha Lake flower and seedling experience belt, Laroqin River wetland ecological landscape belt, Zhuangshang ecological ditch belt' three belts, and 'Shuimei Laro, Hundred Flowers Corridor, Four Seasons Granary, High Mountain Pasture, Fragrant Fruit Orchard, Paddy Field Homes' six areas of construction, the village actively explores the path to common prosperity. Zhuangshang Village's common prosperity stations and other plans are also well underway... Zhuangshang Village is focusing on industrial prosperity, ecological livability, civilized rural customs, effective governance, and wealthy living as the foundation.
