JOJO’s wonderful trip.

Located on the Pamukkale, Hierapolis is an ancient Roman town, originally built in 190 BC, built by King Eumens II of Pergamon, the ancient Greek city-state near the west coast of Turkey, as a royal family and nobility. Spa resort. In 129 BC, the city of Hierapolis became a land of the Roman Empire and was chosen as a bathing place by several Roman emperors. From the 2nd century to the end of the 3rd century, the development of Hierapolis reached its peak. The scale of the city's buildings was huge, with wide streets, theaters, public baths, and houses that used warm channels to supply warm water. In the 17th century, Hierapolis was razed to the ground in a major earthquake, and now only the wreckage remains. The Hierapolis ruins inherit the traditional Greek style. A main street extending from north to south is 1 km long and 13 m wide. The main buildings are arranged next to the street, while the streets are small. The lanes are at right angles to the street. Some of the more important buildings include theatres, octagonal buildings, baths, memorial gates, temples, Romanesque buildings and necropolises, but there are not many left. A hot spring park was built on the site. Many Roman emperors will drive to Pamukkale in the winter and invite the nobles of the Senate to bathe together during the New Year. New Year's Day, it is highly recommended that everyone come here to enjoy the sunshine of the Turkish plateau, soaking in the hot springs of ancient Rome, bringing good luck throughout the year.
