IT'S LOCATED TOGETHER WITH KARA AESTHETIC AT THE FRONT

It's located together with Kara Aesthetic at the front, and it's still connected to Patko Coffee, which is like siblings. The location is behind Urban Farm, next to White Rabbit. The place is small, with only 2 sofas and I think 2 regular chairs. They don't have a lot on the menu yet; they also don't have gelato.
