Kruger Safari: Wild Adventures and Epic Encounters

Kruger National Park is one of Africa’s largest game reserves. It has a high density of wild animals including the Big 5 animals lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffalos. Getting There - Kruger is about 3 hours drive from Johannesburg. Recommend booking a safari tour with a tour agency. I went for 3 days 2 nights. Highlights - Most exciting will definitely be the sunset and sunrise safari drives. Spotted of the Big 5 animals across my drives, but the most elusive one is definitely the leopard. So exciting to see the free roaming animals in the wild. Beyond the big 5, also saw many giraffes, zebras, impalas, hyenas, wildebeests. Once in a lifetime experience to see animals in the wild habitats. Hotels - There are many accomodations within Kruger National Park and just outside. I personally stayed at a very nice budget lodge with aircon just outside the park and it was a convenient drive into the park. Food & Restaurants - This is usually included in your accomodation package.
