Best Italian in Mlebourne

Once you eat here you start to understand why there is so much hype around tipo. It took a week of calling to get a reservation on a free evening and near about the time we would be in town. There was still a que. The oysters were so creamy and lovely that we ordered another round straight after! The complimentary bread was nice and a great way to start the near. We got a special I believe it was a veal carpaccio but I can’t quite remember! All I remember is that it was super delicious! The squid ink pasta was so delicious and a perfect balance! They kindly split the portion into two for us without even having to ask! Great service. It was not too oily and so flavourful. The truffle risotto was definitely the highlight of the night. To think of it, it was a bit pricey but worth the experience atleast once. I was left wanting another bowl to my self. So creamy and flavour I loved it. There's a fine selection of wine too.
