I ❤️ MATI

As I have mentioned from my previous Travel Moment post, one of my favorite Backpack Travel destination is Mati. You will know that you are indeed already in Mati when you stop over the highway and see the magnificent view of the "Sleeping Dinosaur". There are wonderful resorts in Mati but the best of them all is the long shoreline of white sands and great waves of Dahican. As you see on my photos, that's how blue Dahican is. Also, because of the great waves since it is fronting the pacific ocean, you can do surfing (actually it's not a surfing board they are using, it is the smaller version of it). You may ask a local to teach you the basic skill in surfing by paying 500pesos for 30 minutes.
