Fairytale Onsen Living in Chiangmai

Around an hour’s drive from #Chiangmai City, through the hilly roads of Mae On District, Lanna Wild is nestled peacefully in the middle of the forest - away from the bustle of the city. We were greeted by the staff upon arrival, the lady that assisted us with check-in spoke good English and explained to us about dinner & breakfast. We stayed in the Together Onsen Villa. They escorted us to our room and taught us how to operate the #onsen. We were also provided with 2 glasses of soap for the tub, so if you forget to bring a bath bomb, you’re good! There were some insects around, but nothing worrying. Room was very clean, aesthetically pleasing and water pressure & heater were working really well! They provide hairdryer & laundry bags but do not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste so do bring your own. The view from the tub was stunning. Dinner was Shabu-Shabu at the restaurant. Warm soup in our bellies with the cool mountain breeze makes the whole experience even better. Dinner cost around SGD60, but there is free flow house pour for an hour. Breakfast is included with your stay that you get to choose at check-in. We opted for eggs & porridge that was delicious! Honestly, the best part of our stay here was playing with all of their resident cats! All of them were friendly, loving and were allowed to roam the premises. One even accompanied us for dinner 🤣 Our stay was was lovely and we would do it all over again.
