London | The brilliant rice restaurant in elephant & castle

Last time, I went to Elephant Castle to meet a friend, and we decided to meet again at Pot&Rice! The newly introduced Lobster Rice is incredible—it’s a whole lobster, with fresh, bouncy shrimp meat and generous ingredients. So delicious! I had the Sausage and Chicken Claypot Rice. The egg was mashed and mixed into the rice, the sausage had a sweet flavor, and the chicken was super tender. When combined with the sauce, the rice was full of flavor. The Crispy Fried Oysters are something I always have! After frying, the surface is incredibly crispy. When you bite into it, you get to enjoy the smooth and tender oyster inside—no fishy taste at all! The Garlic Oyster Sauce Lettuce was really fresh, and the garlic fragrance was just perfect! For Cheung Fun, I usually go for the crab and shrimp one, but this time I tried the minced meat version, which was also great. The cheung fun was smooth, and the dipping sauce was delicious!
