Jiuxing Fishing Village is beautiful and culturally rich. Here, you can purify your eyes and soul. This ancient village is located at the confluence of the Fuchun River, Xin'an River, and Lanjiang River. "Jiuxing" refers to the "Chen, Qian, Lin, Li, Yuan, Sun, Ye, Xu, He" nine surnames. These fishermen who have been fishing on the Xin'an River, Fuchun River, and Lanjiang River for many years are known as "Jiuxing Fishermen". These "Jiuxing Fishermen" have lived on boats for hundreds of years, fishing at sunrise and closing the net at sunset, never going ashore. It is said that they were demoted to fishing by Zhu Yuanzhang and were not allowed to live on land. Until the 1960s and 1970s, this closed tribe gradually moved from the water to the land, built houses, settled in Sandu, and is now Jiuxing Fishing Village.
