Avoid the crowds, and charter the entire natural stone arch bridge. The Goose House Natural Bridge is located deep in the Taihang Mountains Grand Canyon, within the territory of Huguan County, Shanxi Province. It's a naturally formed stone arch bridge. According to local elders, crossing the "Natural Bridge" means you have crossed all the hardships in life. The stone bridge is about 5 meters wide, with a north-south span of about 50 meters, and is approximately 100 meters high, resembling a huge mountain gate stretching across the valley. The natural bridge at Goose House is said to be the largest natural stone arch bridge in the northern region. The geology here contains many limestone layers, which naturally formed many natural caves. Over millions of years, these caves have been eroded by wind and rain, causing collapses and leaving behind the tops of the caves, thus forming natural stone bridges. Directions to Goose House Natural Bridge: After reaching the destination, follow the dirt road down the mountain on the right side, and keep to the left at the fork. See images four and five. Note: The only road to the Goose House Natural Bridge is closed for construction, and is only open to traffic from 7 PM to 7 AM. It is not recommended to visit the Natural Bridge without a drone, or you can walk to the cliff opposite the Natural Bridge to take photos that capture the entire bridge.
