Stepping into 'Kwai Tsz Kee' for the first time feels like traveling back to the 1970s Hong Kong. The entire shop is filled with memories of old Hong Kong society, specializing in Macau-style cart noodles and snacks. If you're used to Hong Kong-style cart noodles, you might want to try this old shop from Macau. The mixed noodles are very popular, and the toppings are different from the local ones, bringing a sense of freshness. It's very affordable for Central. Although the seating is small and not very comfortable, it is one of the characteristics of old-style Hong Kong tea restaurants, attracting many tourists. The enthusiastic lady recommended the mixed cart noodles and the fried pork chop bun, and even offered a free can of soda. The pork chop bun is well-made, freshly prepared, and the homemade sauce is quite tasty.

Last week, I went to Top Town American Seafood Bar in Central with friends for happy hour, and I highly recommend it. You can enjoy the magnificent skyline of Hong Kong here, and the first drink is only $10, which is probably the cheapest in Hong Kong. Therefore, it is very crowded on weekday evenings. I tried the cocktails and sparkling wine, the second drink is $50, and there are other snacks to choose from, which are average in taste. Other highlights include the bar's art deco concept, reminiscent of the jazz era, a wide variety of Italian wines, and live music. You can also go up to the rooftop via the stairs for an even broader view.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Sha Tin MTR Station. Nearby, you can take a relaxing walk along the Shing Mun River.

After the visit, you can also explore Hong Kong's highest institution (The University of Hong Kong). Although the place is small, it is worth a visit.

HK airport lounge never disappoints me
Kyra lounge is located at level 6 of Hong Kong airport, the location is super convenient! It’s located at the middle of the departure door. First of all, we love the design of this place, it’s so bright and spacious, you can see the airplanes take off in front of you as well as you can see the runway at this lounge.
There are many food options here, the quality of the food was great! Bonus: there’s free flow signature cocktails, beer and wine. I’m not a big fan of alcohol, so I’m very happy with the free flow coffee, the coffee bean was good! They served us siew mai that day when we were here, it was so good that I ate 6 pieces of siew mai, there’s chilli oil at the side as well.
There are also mini baked pork chop rice and seafood pasta, both are really good. I was really surprised at the quality of the food, wish I could stay here longer. It’s a very nice place to chill as well if you have longer time, there’s quiet zone and the toilet is so clean!!

The branch is located in the Ichibancho Market on the ground floor of Citywalk 2 in Tsuen Wan. Despite the many restaurants here, Tokyo Street is always packed. This is because they offer a wide variety of dishes at very affordable prices🤩. They also have multiple set meals and a 20% discount during lunch and dinner, making it even more cost-effective👍. Additionally, the restaurant offers unlimited fresh fruits, salad greens, and genmaicha, which is quite appealing😍.

The presentation is very attractive, making your mouth water at first sight🤤. This rice bowl is very generous, especially with the rice, which is so much that you might not be able to finish it😂. The rice is topped with salmon, yellowtail, sea urchin, botan shrimp, Hokkaido scallop, crab roe, and crab meat🦀. While it may not meet the highest standards, the ingredients are still of good quality.
Both meals also come with chawanmushi, miso soup, and salad🥗, which should be more than enough to fill you up🥰.

My first time dining in an industrial building in San Po Kong, this hidden Western restaurant with many good reviews is located at Exit A2 of Diamond Hill Station, about a 10-minute walk away. Although the entrance is not very conspicuous, it's not hard to find. The restaurant's entrance isn't particularly decorated, but inside, you can see that the restaurant has put effort into decorating the environment. Near the entrance and at the far end, there are 'happy birthday' decorations, making it a nice spot to celebrate birthdays and take photos.
Fermented Bean Curd Mongolian Lamb Saddle with Fries 🍟
A fusion dish of Chinese and Western cuisine, the fermented bean curd flavor is not too strong and not overly salty, pairing well with the lamb saddle. The lamb has a strong flavor, which is perfect for those who enjoy the taste of lamb. The meat is cooked just right. The fries are not overly greasy, and there's half a garlic 🧄 on the side. If you like garlic and its pungent taste, you should definitely eat it.
Eel Omelette Rice
The eel is quite large and placed on top of the omelette rice. The egg is cooked to the right consistency, golden yellow with a bit of runny yolk. There's some salad on the side, and the eel sauce is not overly sweet.
Smoked Salmon Quinoa Salad
The chef thoughtfully shaped the smoked salmon into a flower. There's a soft-boiled egg on top of the salad, and the greens are quite fresh. The dressing is well-balanced, with a sweet and sour taste that is quite appetizing. The quinoa portion is just right, making it a good dish.
Soup of the Day
It seems to be pumpkin 🎃 and carrot 🥕 soup. The texture is not too thick, and the flavors of both ingredients are well-balanced, not overpowering each other. It's smooth and pleasant to drink.

It has a latte art design, with a rich and creamy milk flavor. It's smooth and served at the right temperature.

When I wanted to find a campsite like Maclehose Trail , I realised that it was impossible.
Although there are many beautiful parks in Guangzhou, this feeling of pure nature cannot be given by parks.
There is no such perfect place in remote areas, either just suitable for playing in streams during the day, but not suitable for camping at night. Or there is only grass, and you can't play with water. It's too difficult to find a place in Guangzhou where you can play with water and camp overnight.
And Maclehose Trail is a perfect campsite, facing the sea, with the tide rising and falling. There are green spaces, seaside, sunsets, fresh water, and there are few places!

The entrance fee was around HK$639 for an adult ticket, which felt totally worth it once I walked through the gates and saw the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle in the distance. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and the lush greenery surrounding the park gave it a unique vibe.
I started my day in Adventureland, where I went on the Jungle River Cruise, which was such a fun way to kick off the adventure. 🌴 Next up, Mystic Manor was a must-visit! The creativity and detail in this ride blew me away. Throughout the day, I couldn’t help but snack on the adorable Mickey-shaped waffles and ice cream! 🧇🍦 Of course, I made time for the classic rides like Space Mountain in Tomorrowland, which gave me that adrenaline rush I was craving.
The parade in the afternoon was pure magic, with all the beloved Disney characters dancing down Main Street, U.S.A. 🥳 And just when I thought the day couldn’t get any better, the “Disney Paint the Night” parade and the fireworks over the castle were the perfect end to a magical day. 🎆 The synchronization of the lights, music, and fireworks was mesmerizing.

A Restaurant That Changes Your View on Vegetarian Food
I rarely go to Sai Wan Ho for food because it's a bit far for me. This time, I had some errands to run in the area and noticed a stylish restaurant with white exterior walls near a well-known private housing estate. I looked it up on OpenRice and found out it was a vegetarian restaurant. I don't usually eat vegetarian food, but the promotional photos at the entrance were quite appealing and didn't look like typical vegetarian dishes. So, I decided to give it a try. The interior was quite comfortable, and we were seated by a wall with large flower murals. We ordered the vegetarian minced beef and egg clay pot rice, VMC homemade meat sauce spaghetti, crispy avocado with vegan avocado sauce, Belgian chocolate cheesecake for dessert, and iced Americano with orange and black sesame milk for drinks. First, the crispy avocado was served. I usually eat avocado raw and had never tried it fried before. The batter was thin and sprinkled with a bit of what seemed like black pepper. It was quite tasty, especially when dipped in the avocado sauce. The combination of avocado and avocado sauce was unique, allowing us to try two different avocado preparations at once. Next came the VMC homemade meat sauce spaghetti. The sauce was impressive, lacking the greasiness often found in meat sauces. The spaghetti was cooked to the right texture and served hot. I highly recommend it. The vegetarian minced beef and egg clay pot rice was very authentic. When I opened the lid, the aroma was enticing. The vegetarian beef was quite realistic, and the egg yolk oozed out when poked. Drizzled with soy sauce, the sizzling sound was delightful, and the taste was excellent. For dessert, the chocolate cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a well-made crust and just the right portion size. As for the drinks, the iced Americano with orange was unique, with a gradient appearance that was quite attractive. The orange balanced out the bitterness of the coffee. I upgraded the black sesame milk to oat milk for an extra charge. It had latte art and wasn't overly sweet. Overall, the price and service were reasonable, and it's worth supporting.

Bus fares are not integers, such as 10.3, 19 Hong Kong dollars, etc.)
Departure from Guangzhou, arrive in Hong Kong one day in advance, stay one night near West Kowloon, take the next morning, take the subway to [Rainbow Estate] Exit C, not far from the bus platform, take the green bus A1 to [Saigong Pier] terminal, this is a small town with many shops, where you can have breakfast + buy road meals; navigation and walk To [McDonald's, Qinmin Street]
