Naitoushan Village | The first village of the mysterious snow realm, Changbai Mountain. If you have finished the popular tourist routes of Changbai Mountain and still want to find a niche spot to check in, you might as well take a turn in Naitoushan Village. We just happened to visit Changbai Mountain when the Heavenly Lake was closed due to weather conditions. After having afternoon tea at the foot of the mountain, we stumbled upon a chartered car to Naitoushan, which is only a dozen kilometers away from the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and is the closest Korean ethnic village to it, truly the first village of Changbai Mountain! There is no admission fee to enter Naitoushan Village; you can drive directly into the village. The village has distinctive characteristics, with many Korean ethnic murals on the walls. We mainly experienced the mountain campsite, which was so much fun. To go to the mountain campsite, you need to buy snowmobile tickets in the village. The slightly cheaper ones are s480 per vehicle (round-trip cost), which can seat two people. You have to drive up the mountain yourself, with simple instruction and guidance from a coach, making it very easy to get the hang of. The mountain roads are also relatively easy to drive on, but the distance is not short, so pay attention to safety! And make sure to keep warm (don't forget gloves, hats, and scarves!) The mountain camping base is very photogenic, with deer, rabbits, little houses, and Christmas trees, very much like a Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale. You can also experience snowfield hotpot. If you can't get a spot to see the elk on the snow ridge, you can come to Naitoushan to take photos, with fewer people and beautiful scenery.
