When you arrive at Henn na Hotel Asakusabashi in Tokyo, you have to do almost everything by yourself. However you can get help from a real staff via the phone at the lobby. I did not need help because everything is really easy and all information are available in English. You can find free luggage lockers on level 1 and 2 at the hotel to keep your luggage before official check in time at 3pm and after check out time at 12 noon. Then you can use the self service kiosk to check in and receive your room key. There are several languages to select and the robot receptionist will assist you at every step.
