The tranquil corner "Ink Lijiang Wilderness" south of Guilin City.

This place can be perceived as a boutique or alternatively, an artisan workshop. Everywhere you look, the essence of art is subtly revealed, be it in the books, pottery, or the neatly arranged wood. Its location away from the city center may seem like a disadvantage, but the tranquility that can be reached in just a 20-minute drive is something no one would begrudge spending their weekend on, provided, of course, the sun is shining. I arrived at around four in the afternoon, a time when the winter sun was already setting. The sunlight streaming through the windows into the house, wrapped in yellow paint, gave a truly warm feeling. Initially, I assumed they would offer coffee or tea, but upon arrival, I discovered they serve afternoon tea, which requires a reservation and is charged per person. I was a bit bewildered at the time, but the courteous staff invited me into the inner room, allowing me to look around without any obligation to make a purchase. It was only later that I understood the need for reservations. Apparently, a group of enthusiastic older women had previously caused quite a commotion, much to the dismay of other customers. Therefore, to maintain a peaceful environment and considerate of other guests, reservations became necessary when the place gets crowded. However, I would like to suggest that they consider offering options for individual customers. Afternoon tea is usually a two-person affair, and as a solo visitor, I was at a loss as to what to do. Back to the main point, opposite the house is a river beach and grassland. Some people were herding cattle, others were sunbathing. It's certain that this place is worth spending an afternoon to appreciate, whether it's the afternoon tea in the house or the river beach on the opposite bank, whether for reading or photography. Lastly, the place is accessible by car, but there is a parking fee of 10 yuan. As for the afternoon tea set, I asked and it was over 60 yuan per person, though I can't remember the exact amount. However, I think I will visit again, next time with a few friends to chat and enjoy tea together. Finally, this place is truly photogenic. Just search for "Moli Original Field" in your GPS.
