Coincidentally, they had just ⬆️🆕 introduced their seasonal menu, each dish brimming with creativity and a perfect blend of color, aroma, and flavor. ✅ Surfing Geoduck Clam with Siphon Chicken Soup: Utilizing the principle of coffee siphoning, the well-cooked chicken soup is infused into the geoduck clam sashimi, served with purple edible flowers, offering a burst of fresh flavors. ✅ Smoked Abalone and Crispy Golden Pig with Eight Treasures: Presented in a four-legged ding, the crispy golden pig emerges amidst the smoke, enveloping a layer of Eight Treasures glutinous rice, offering a rich array of textures. ✅ Dendrobium Orchid and Pine Leaf Crab Stir-fried with Golden Shark Fin: The original crab is carefully disassembled and arranged, with a refreshing layer of golden shark fin sandwiched in the middle.
