Checkpoint charlie-visit while at Germany

For most of us, the world war was something learnt in school and Checkpoint Charlie is something familiar - a border which separated east and west berlin and one had to cross in order to get pass to either side. It was also used by US and Germans to cross borders. When you get a chance to visit Berlin, do not miss out this historical place revisiting history. A photographer may also be there to take photos when you visit, like we did. There is also a museum now near (1 minute walking distance) for those who want to know more or to get souvenirs.
