#thingstodo It was our first time at the races and what a great experience we had! Very fun to learn about the jockeys and horses and then watch the races. It is very beginner friendly as they have lots of pamphlets and small booklets they hand out. All the staff are super nice and helpful as well. Great day for the races. Had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere. There was an outdoor market and performers on a stage. The races were exciting and a great way to spend the afternoon. SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE!!! We've been enjoying this track for the past 8 years, and it doesn't disappoint. HUGE shout out to the entire staff. Everyone we encounter is friendly and informative. Starting with parking lot attendant all the way to the fourth level to this SUPER sweet older black woman who took the time to show me and my brother how to use the electronic betting machine. She was the best!!! The seating was clean, and no trash lying around, very well kept grounds. They do charge for pens, so make sure to bring or purchase a collectible one for a dollar or so! Good amount of walking, so be prepared and as comfortable as possible while still looking fashionable😉👍. Love this place and will be back soon. Great to see so many people dressed up and looking fancy. A fun and lively environment.
