Villa homestay near Golden Stone Beach

I often get asked by friends who want to find a villa in the suburbs for small team building activities, to stay for one or two nights. The ones I've known before are too much like youth hostels, the conditions are really not that good, not to mention the hygiene. Even a sloppy person like me would resist their beds. Moreover, the surrounding scenery is not much to look at, let alone supporting facilities. You might have to drive a long way just to buy a drink, which is indeed a bit disappointing. A few days ago, a friend asked me to help take pictures of a homestay. When I went to check it out, the conditions were very OK. It has two floors underground and three floors above ground. The first underground floor can be directly accessed from the garage. The homestay has two garages for guests to park for free. Extra vehicles can be parked outside the community for free. The underground area has a sauna room, kitchen, dining room, pool table, mahjong machine, and karaoke room. The first floor has a super large yard with a hot spring pool and tea room. The living room on the first floor is also very large, with an elevator inside. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms and a glass sun room on the third floor. The third floor is an attic, which can accommodate sixteen people without any pressure. The hot spring in the underground area and the yard can also accommodate people, so twenty people should not be a problem. There is a small supermarket right outside the community, not far from McDonald's, and decent restaurants near the Golden Coast, Discovery Kingdom, and Golden Stone Beach are just three to five kilometers away. It should be considered a core residential area of Golden Stone Beach.
