The predecessor of the Praise Square is the Catholic Church of St. John's Abbey for Girls Middle School, and the story behind it dates back to the long past. Although the school is gone, the fashionable life square is ideal for relaxation with its green lawns, crystal-clear fountains, courtyards and neoclassical architecture
CHIJMES is THE venue for beautiful weddings. But it is more than that. There are so many restaurants here that you are spolit for choice. Some of those worth a mention is Hvala, Gyu-kaku, Hakata-Ikkousho Ramen. Hanbo is also newly opened! Best is to visit at night as not all restaurants are open for lunch. Do expect a queue though!
