It is famous for all the adventure activities that one can indulge in around Wanaka. The Snow Farm near Wanaka is the best places to enjoy cross country skiing. If one is game for hiking and trekking then Roy’s Peak is an uphill hike that would take one around 3 hours. Head to this resort town, and spend a good 2-3 days here.
