Wenjiang Qingfeng Xiaoyuan's tea is okay, but the experience is not great.

It's really cold in Chengdu, but the sun came out on the weekend, so I went to Wenjiang's Qingfeng Xiaoyuan Courtyard BBQ, Tea, and Fishing. The overall feeling is a bit complicated. 📍Location: The location is great, right outside Mingguang Road on Metro Line 19, and it's quite eye-catching; 🌲Environment: The courtyard is actually quite large, but the layout is a bit simple. Several areas of land are not leveled, and there are waterproof cloths and fake lawns. The greenery is fake flowers, and the atmosphere is not particularly outstanding. 👩🏻‍🍳Service: I arrived at the store at 3 pm on Sunday, and the cars and tables in the courtyard were a bit messy. The service is even more worrying. I called on Saturday to make a reservation, but they said I could just come to the store, and then there was no space when I arrived. The owner explained that the business depends on the weather, which is understandable. But the store's hardware and staff are obviously insufficient, and there is only one water tank for tea. It's clear that they are all busy and trying their best to meet everyone's needs, but it really affects the guest experience. 🥙Food: The snacks can save the mood a bit. Sweet potatoes, potatoes, longan, red dates, and various snacks are fresh and neat. We brought our own small green oranges and ordered Wenjiang's famous pig ears and marinated dishes. In this cold weather, it's nice to brew a pot of hot tea and chat with friends. Overall, Qingfeng Xiaoyuan still has a long way to go. I hope the owner can hire more staff, improve service quality, take care of the environment, and optimize the details so that guests can truly relax and enjoy the fun of tea. Otherwise, it's hard to retain customers in today's competitive market.
