Checking in at the popular spot - Wat Arun

Wat Arun is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, facing the Grand Palace across the river, built during the Ayutthaya Kingdom, also known as the Temple of Dawn, it is a memorial temple for King Taksin of the Thonburi Kingdom, the 41st monarch of Thailand. Wat Arun has a unique architectural style, especially its central prang (tower), which is decorated with intricate carvings and inlaid with a variety of colored ceramic tiles, glass, and seashells. Surrounding the central prang are four smaller satellite prangs, creating a spectacular complex of towers. On the street at the entrance to Wat Arun, there are many Thai costume rental shops, and many tourists dress up in fashionable Thai attire. Wat Arun is predominantly white in color, inlaid with colorful ceramic fragments, which are particularly dazzling under the sunlight.
