Expensive and bad servicr

The ferries between the islands have for non residents very high prices. Often it is even cheaper to fly. Fred Olsen is the worst of all. In the bus station I was informed by Fred Olson staff that a free bus brings me to the port. I waited but I noted then that this bus was for another port and not to the close Santa Cruz port. In the Teneriffe port Santa Cruz, there was even no WLAN. And if you want not to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs, you have to put it by your self in a locker box and put one euro in the slot to close. I had none euro coins with me and no one was able at the spot to change. I helped to a lady to put her heavy luggage in the box (it was to heavy for her) and then carried my heavy luggage up the stairs to the boat. Staff is rather unfriendly and food on boat is basic. Boat is outdated. Sorry, Fred Olsen, expensive and unsatisfactory. Go better with Naviera Armas or fly. I have better experience with them. #themepark#nationalpark#lakes#beaches
