The Serrano Palace impresses with excellent cleanliness, great cuisine, and always friendly and helpful staff. The check-in process is excellent, and the reception staff are both friendly and competent. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the room service is also very good. Conclusion: A highly recommended choice for a trip to Cala Radjada, slightly marred by a few selfish individuals who smoke right next to the breakfast terrace—a shame for everyone else wanting to enjoy their morning meal outdoors. The staff deserves special praise.

Cleanliness and lovely outdoor areas stand out here, with well-maintained pool loungers and facilities that, though slightly dated, remain in excellent condition. Rooms offer stunning mountain and sea views. The breakfast and dinner buffets are particularly noteworthy. There’s even convenient access to swim in the sea via a few steps, which we found very enjoyable. Additionally, it’s just 10 minutes to the tranquil beach with crystal-clear water. Ideal for biking, hiking, or golfing, we were very satisfied overall.

In May, it was still very peaceful here. The number of people was manageable, and it was relatively quiet. The beach was perfect for us, as we could practically step straight onto it from the hotel. The water was clear, and even the number of loungers was limited.

We visited La Carossa Hotel and Spa in May with a group of friends for five days, and it was an exceptional experience that guarantees our return. The check-in process was incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire property is impeccably maintained. Situated on a hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views from three sides extending to the sea. The infinity pool is perfectly located with a stunning view, its water pleasantly warm, and the staff attentive and friendly. Overall, the hotel’s team stands out for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpful service, making us feel as though we were long-standing guests. The rooms are spacious, with exceptionally comfortable beds and delightful bedding. We stayed in a suite, which was large and offered a fantastic green view. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a variety of egg dishes prepared upon request, from scrambled eggs to Eggs Benedict, all included in the price. In the evenings, we dined at the hotel’s La Carossa restaurant, where we received attentive service and enjoyed excellent food at reasonable prices. A turn-down service was available, a complimentary feature we greatly appreciated. We booked a massage, which was professionally executed and very relaxing. Additionally, we joined the complimentary yoga class, hosted by a highly skilled instructor who led the session perfectly. In summary, we felt entirely comfortable and satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend La Carossa Hotel and Spa.

The animation team is friendly, motivated, and organizes engaging activities that include the whole family. The evening programs also add entertainment and variety, providing guests an opportunity to connect with one another. Additionally, the hotel impresses with well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas. The blend of a serene atmosphere and family-oriented concept makes Prinsotel La Pineda a delightful destination for all ages. What a wonderful hotel in a serene and quiet location. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food and drinks offered were excellent, featuring plenty of variety and consistently top-notch quality. The pool and sun beds were immaculately clean, and there was convenient access to the beach with its stunning turquoise waters. My balcony provided a lovely view of the bay with morning sunshine and breathtaking sunrises. I also enjoyed a facial at a great price, performed very professionally.

One of the highlights for us was the food. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The dishes featured fresh, high-quality ingredients, offered a great variety, and delivered top-notch flavors. Every dinner at the restaurant was a true delight, complemented by a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The spa and wellness area is beautifully maintained, tranquil, and high-quality. The pool area is equally lovely, impeccably clean, and exudes a calming, inviting vibe. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the overall atmosphere. I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome was highly appreciated, and the staff consistently showed attentiveness and availability. Although most guests are German, some staff members speak good French, which is particularly enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature lovely balconies with beautiful views. The hotel is also very clean, and the housekeeping team maintains the premises daily. The bathrooms, including those near the pool, are always spotless. The spa is a real advantage, especially on rainy days. The pool is pleasant, and the beach access is highly convenient as well. Regarding dining, the food is generally good, especially for an all-inclusive option. I especially liked the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the establishment, far from the lively vibe of Magaluf. It’s the perfect place to fully unwind. The hotel's location is stunning. Directly from the hotel, you can embark on hikes of about 1 to 1.5 hours and discover several small turquoise coves, each more beautiful than the last. A bus (423) stops in front of the hotel roughly once an hour (at least in May) and connects easily to Capdepera, Cala Rajada, and nearby beaches, making it simple to get around without renting a car. This was my first solo vacation, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I’m happy to recommend this hotel!

Castell de Capdepera is a castle situated in this town on the eastern coast of Mallorca Island. Built in the 14th century, it was inhabited until the 16th century, later abandoned until the 18th century, when it became a military complex. Today, visitors can explore the castle and stroll inside the walls. It's a fascinating spot to learn the history of this region. The fortified area features towers and a church, and from the walls, you can enjoy sea views extending to Menorca Island. Absolutely stunning scenery!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional—always cheerful, extremely helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were spotless and beautifully arranged. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was just steps away from the hotel, showcasing breathtaking views with crystal-clear waters. The food was excellent, even for someone like me who is a picky eater. There was a great variety catering to all tastes, with themed nights offered either every night or most nights. The quality was consistently high, and the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely, going out of their way to assist whenever needed. The servers worked tirelessly to keep the restaurant clean and ready for guests. The pool bar also had food available daily, with options like pizza and fries—my favorites—as well as fresh salads and fruits. The pool area was perfect, not overly crowded during our visit, and the sunbeds were always clean and comfortable. A daily "cocktail of the day" added a touch of excitement, along with an amazing cocktail slush menu. There were two nearby shops within walking distance selling snacks and souvenirs, and once again, the staff there were delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the glass-bottom boat tours departing from a small port just a five-minute walk away. The €29 per person, 2.5-hour trip provided spectacular views of Mallorca. For a change of scenery, we visited the nearby town of Artá on market day, which was lovely and just a €20 taxi ride away. This hotel truly has everything you could need, and our overall experience was simply outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone and couldn't praise it highly enough. Special thanks to the bar staff—Serafin, Jesus, Samuel, and Dani—for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We had a brilliant time and can't wait to return! 🥰

Every request was handled promptly and effectively. Situated in a picturesque natural setting, the hotel provides breathtaking views of the eastern part of the island. We truly enjoyed this brief visit and are certain to return during our next trip to Mallorca.

Centuries-old olive trees, a wonderfully modernized old estate, exceptionally friendly staff, and a top-class panoramic restaurant – Carossa truly stands out as a remarkable hotel nestled in the picturesque Mallorcan hill landscape. It’s lightyears away from the crowded beachfront resorts, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature and the island’s spirit. Truly an oasis of peace and relaxation. We especially loved the bicycle rental delivery service, which catered to all types of bikes, and the generously designed spa. The staff also deserve a special mention; their friendliness and willingness to help were outstanding. It all came together to make our Easter break thoroughly enjoyable. Many thanks to Carossa!

Hotel Carossa and Spa in Arta is a hidden gem on Mallorca, impressing guests with its charming character and well-maintained, modern rooms. Although it is somewhat remote, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing holidays. One major highlight is the indoor pool, providing enjoyment even on cloudy days. The spa design is appealing but offers limited space when many guests wish to swim simultaneously. The breakfast buffet stands out as a true highlight, featuring an impressive variety of fresh and refined dishes to please every palate. The lunch dishes are equally delightful, showcasing creative reinterpretations that aren’t easily found elsewhere. Service during breakfast is excellent, with special mention to a charming and attentive lady from Verona, whose name escapes me. The hotel offers breathtaking views that enhance its unique ambiance. While the staff is friendly and attentive, the taxi service proved unreliable, creating inconvenience, especially during our stay for a birthday celebration. Overall, Hotel Carossa and Spa is a highly recommended destination for a relaxing retreat, though improvements in transfer organization would enhance the experience further. Top-notch room service adds to the overall positive impression.

The staff in all areas, including reception, rooms, and the restaurant sections, is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms and various spaces have been newly designed or renovated. The pool and outdoor area are very beautiful. Additionally, the hotel boasts an excellent location within walking distance of the lovely Cala Agulla beach as well as the center of Cala Ratjada.

As a golf instructor in the Toulouse area, I had the chance to bring 15 trainees here. The course layout is absolutely stunning. The staff are highly skilled and incredibly friendly. The starter (a Swiss German) is simply fantastic, with an unmatched level of kindness. I can only recommend this course 🤩🤩🤩

We recently spent a few days here just before the season began, enjoying perfect weather, and we simply cannot understand some of the negative reviews. The property is cozy, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The staff were unfailingly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and a warm hello. They were incredibly helpful and unobtrusive, making our stay comfortable. For my gluten intolerance, they were extremely accommodating, even preparing a gluten-free pasta dish freshly upon request at the buffet without any hassle. The waiters were already aware of my dietary needs and were dedicated to fulfilling every request. Even when the property became busier, as guests, we never felt any tension or pressure from the staff. We were genuinely impressed and will definitely return, but probably again during the off-season. A small note: people should keep in mind how their own behavior impacts interactions. We witnessed conduct from some guests that was embarrassing, and it's no surprise if this affects the staff's demeanor. Overall, our getaway here was truly delightful!

Very beautiful golf course. However, the reception does not live up to the grandeur of the place. Staff seemed unfriendly. The pro shop is well-stocked. Did not try the restaurant as it was closed for a private wedding event. Regarding the course, it has an interesting and hilly layout. Fairways are superb and greens are quite fast. The starter was very pleasant and friendly, giving us insights about the course before we began. The layout is varied, with a few blind holes, which I enjoyed.

The setting of the hotel and the rooms are absolutely marvelous. I haven’t slept this well in ages. The beach and nearby towns are close and easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the live music three times a week and excellent service. However, the restaurant was a disappointment. We tried it on the first night, but the food was mediocre—the chicken and lamb were both dry. As a result, we chose to eat in town for the rest of our stay, which was unfortunate since the restaurant's ambiance was lovely. Checking in was another drawback, taking about half an hour as the staff struggled with entering our information. Overall, it’s a great place for a comfortable stay but still has room for improvement.

This is a fantastic hotel with stunning views. Our room on the 8th floor offered an excellent perspective. The service in both the bars and restaurant was outstanding, with friendly staff. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety. It would be nice if they provided a hot water urn at breakfast for tea drinkers. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The hotel's location is ideal for hiking and conveniently situated on a main bus route.

The food was good, though it got slightly repetitive at times. Drinks could use less ice, but they weren’t too bad overall. The entertainment was fantastic, ensuring we had fun evenings. We made plenty of friends during this trip, adding to the joy. The location is peaceful, though a bit far from everything, but buses and taxis make traveling manageable. The views were breathtaking, and the excursions were absolutely wonderful! 😊

Good bits... The hotel is lovely, the staff are amazing, the room is amazing, and the location right by the beach is perfect. The food is mostly fantastic with a great variety, the pool bar is excellent, and coffee is available all day. If you go fully inclusive, you can enjoy mocktails, cocktails, and some branded spirits all day—it’s definitely worth it! Not so good bits... The pool was freezing, the evening meal was occasionally cold, and some food items weren’t cooked to their best. Suggestions... Install solar panels at the pool bar to heat the pool. Use metal food containers with lids on warming plates and add labels to keep the food hot. Implement thermostats and avoid placing freshly cooked food on top of dishes that are half-empty—swap them out instead. Consider offering specific meal times for arrivals to help control food temperature, crowd levels, and noise in the restaurant. We had the most wonderful time and will definitely be back! Stayed for a week in mid-April and loved the location with its stunning view of the beach and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a special shout-out to Mari and Dani who worked behind the bar. The buffet food was decent, but if you didn't arrive early, many dishes were lukewarm and not replenished. Overall, it was a lovely one-week holiday.

The hotel is designed as an adults-only establishment, which we found to be quite pleasant. However, many English guests now stay here, and unfortunately, manners don't seem to be a priority for some. The food is always tasty and freshly prepared (grill station), though the selection is rather limited. All rooms offer a sea view. The pool is very small, but the sea is right at your doorstep.

My husband and I chose this place for our 20th anniversary, and we ABSOLUTELY loved our stay. We will definitely be coming back. Every moment of our week-long visit was enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its location were stunning, and the food was good. I even treated myself to a massage at the spa—it was a perfect 10/10. A fantastic 4-star hotel right by the sea. There’s a wide variety of food, so everyone can find something to enjoy. Our room had a lovely view. The staff was extremely friendly. It's an excellent location for golfers, with several good courses nearby. Son Servera Golf is only 800 meters away. We’ll definitely come back again.
