You get more than what you paid for, I promised. Got 2 rooms for the family, at the price of $70 for both. The rooms and facilities look brand new, with good city view both from front and back of the hotel. Friendly and supportive staff (except a lady in the restaurant, but I don’t mind that at all). Much more than what I expected from a 3-star hotel in this area (I’ve been to a few other hotels nearby, which are way more expensive and dated). Overall, it was a great experience staying in Dai Viet.

Location good, middle of town near mall. Walking distance to shopping mall, restaurant, shop and bus stop. Room is good, completed with complementary Coffee, toiletries items. Btw some furniture needed to maintenance, got loose hinges. My room got 1 mosquito, but manage to catch. Price is fair for my room. Staff able to speak basic English.
